i asked for 3 doritos locks tacos with just meat and cheese they gave me them with lettuce which is no big deal but when i went back to get the correct order i got three doritos with a tiny scoop of meat and no cheese.. pathetic

Well I had an issue where I got a Beefy 5 layer and it was smaller than my soft taco. I had order extra meat too. Well I called up Shariyan was the manager on duty she made no fuss I told her I took pictures. She then said I had a credit. I went back the next day Shariyan and Joe there was one more girl but they were all great. They took car of it and made me a mini baby sized burrito for my troubles. Thanks guys.

Swear to god they can’t get a single order correct to save their lives. I didn’t know you could set the bar lower than Taco Bell. Every single time I think it’s going to be different and maybe they can manage to actually put everything I ordered in the bag, the prove me wrong over and over

Manager not nice at all. Really crappy tone in her voice. Time and date July 9 645. Order screen six soft tacos option is to add extra side of cheese. The icon is the little black cup with the clear lid and then nacho cheese inside. This is a problem in their system because on the Cook side, it tells them to put the nacho cheese on it. I politely let them know I want the side of cheese. I was told that I have to enter it correctly. Got one pump of cheese inside each container and each additional side was $.65. Not fair at all. Horrible atmosphere, two other ladies were waiting nine entire minutes for their frozen drink. Also, while I eat inside three different people who I think are employees in street clothes walked in behind the counter and got large, frozen drinks and left.

Doordashed, and was told food would be ready at 6:05. Didn’t get the food until 6:20. Workers had no one coming in the restaurant and didn’t care to ask us if we needed help. No sense of urgency either

I will never return to this unprofessional and absurd establishment. I am truly shaken by the experience I had here this evening. They completely messed up my order, refused to correct it or issue a refund, and claimed they didn't have a corporate number. I am in disbelief that they could operate this way.

Got our order wrong. Only one thing in the bag was the correct item. Attempted to call them and no one would answer the phone. They weren’t even busy! It’s not that hard to get a freaking order correct!!
