Well the meal was good. Service another story. We felt ignored and rushed to get the food and get out. Nobody acknowledged us until we said does anyone want to help us!!!

Not great, I work nearby and have frequented this Taco Bell twice and heard from coworkers about it as well. My first visit they dropped my food bag in the drive thru and took 20 minutes to remake it. This is not ideal when you have a 30 minute lunch break and work 10 minutes away. Second experience I called ahead to ask about coffee, they said they make it fresh to order and have half and half. Both of those statements were lies. The coffee was lukewarm and they only offered a pump vanilla creamer. I will go to Speedway from now on.

Well. This stunk. I go in there and instantly before I can even order at the table I’m being yelled at. “We don’t have any fried food, no chalupas yada yada” that’s fine. I’ve worked fast food so I know things happen. So I order my food and go sit down to wait. It took 27 minutes for 3 tacos and a cheesy dipper. My tacos had such little toppings on them and tons of old- past due lettuce. They wait until we get our food to tell us they are out of our drink. They weren’t busy, there were plenty of people behind the counter. But I’m fine with all that. Here’s my biggest gripe, the second it turned 10:00 someone started yelling over at us “the dining room is closed so you know, whenever you finish”. It was pretty obvious we were about done, we were about to leave anyways. We wouldn’t have been there so late if our food hadn’t taken forever. That’s just plain rude and I will not be returning

This is a horrible TB. It always reeks of pot and there are very few helpful workers. Always forget stuff. 9x out of 10 it appears to be a party more than a work place.

My whole order was totally messed up, which I was really bummed, as I live in Cincinnati, and am never up in Florence…. but the one highlight is when I called and a gentleman name Tayquan Freeman, I believe, answered the phone and he literally was exceptionally accommodating with my needs. I’m so grateful that he is willing to take care of me when I come back there next time.
But what impressed me the most was the whole conversation and how he made me feel heard, remembered my name and really was accommodating for when I plan to come up there, which is once every two weeks. Forget the quality of the food, the service that took place, specifically by Mr. Freeman, is what makes me want to come back.

The napkin dispensers here are worth more than the cashiers. The woman bagging food refused to take our order, we had to use the kiosk. I probably wouldn't be posting this if it wasn't for the attitude though. Made Taco Bell look ugly, will not be visiting this location again.
Drive thru was not moving. Came inside to order. Waited a good 15 minutes for a to go order. Didn't appear to be understaffed, but I'm not sure what's normal for 8 pm on a Sunday. One girl was working hard. Not obvious what everyone else was doing. I hate it here.

This place is a joke, don't trust anything they make. Why am I finding hard pieces of chicken in my bean burrito? Why is everything always made wrong or super skimped out on ingredients, the burritos are 70% tortilla. Why is the general manager the only one who is allowed to do refunds? Basically means refunds are just not an option since the gm is never there.. And it doesn't matter if you offer to remake it cause the majority of people go through the drive thru n take the food home, so when you find a problem it's a hassle to come back up n you'll usually be met with an attitude if you do! And you really think i want a whole new order of food from you when you just made so much wrong??? NO! Give me my refund so I can get food elsewhere.
