As I waited for an order I had placed 45 minutes prior, I saw them mess up a guys order two separate times, they then proceeded to do 5 other people's orders before doing mine, people who were in the drive through and had just arrived. They do not respect customers time, I will not be going there again.

I arrived late into the city from my long flight to the hotel and this was what I thought to be a late night safe solution. Unfortunately, this was far from it! I have never gotten such horribly made tacos from Taco Bell. Whoever did this should be ashamed! Imagine flying in and everything is closed and you think okay this will work and you get what I gotten. No diablo sauce as requested and tacos for a toddler.

Hit the drive through here, the guy at the window was nice but he didn't hand me my food out of the window. He told me to pull up and I assumed he meant to pull up to the second window. But there was no second window. Then after a few minutes he came outside the Taco Bell with the food. Especially weird since I saw him hand food out to the people that were in front of us. Aside from that the cantina chicken burrito I got was actually fire, the bean burrito was not though it was microwaved and the beans tasted really bad. Not worth $6.46. also it was microwaved inside the paper wrapping so when I got it it was stuck to the paper and I had to peel the paper off of the burrito. Which was kinda gross and the paper was covered in cheese and oil. Could have been worse for sure but it's Taco Bell so what can you expect.
Still confused why bro came outside instead of handing the food through the window. There must have been a good reason.
So I came threw Taco Bell like I usually do and they was packed but they guy in the drive threw with the face tattoo he had a car pulled in front of me and she went off on him spit at his feet and just let him have it and he fixed her order for her and everything! He smiled at her and told her he was sorry and have a good night and when she left I could see that he was upset just for a couple seconds but he turned around put a smile on and continued with his job cheerfully never let his spirit break he handed me my order and I told him good job with how he handled that and all he said is some people just have bad days sometimes all they need to see is a smile and he did just that props to him amazing Taco Bell you guys keep up the good work

This is definitely one of the places that I'll not be going back to. If you want a lettuce taco this is your place. There was barely any meat on the tacos and just enough shreds of cheese to say that they put some on there, and by some I mean maybe 10 shreds. Go anywhere but here.
