I ordered the crunch wrap supreme. It was hot but probably half the filling. I only order the crunch wrap supreme with the chicken but this time around there were pocket of nothing but tortilla and literally miniscule amounts of stuffing.

If you like soggy food and flat drinks then you’re in the right place! If not, just drive the extra 5 minutes to the mall road location. I’ve been let down so many times here it’s stupid. Straight up dog food.

Horrible experiences tonight I go there to pick up a online order to use a reward I had for a free drink I put on there I wanted fire sauce and I show up there I tell them my name and I politely ask if I can order more food cause I didn’t have a lot money on more card to add more food but i had cash so anyways I ask they say no I have to go back around and order I just wanted two crunchy tacos no big deal I’ll go back around so I do and I’m waiting in the drive thru for over 5 mins cause the line I get up to the drive thru I order my two Crunchy tacos I say I want a regular one and a Doritos loca supreme but I change it and tell her I actually just want the regular supreme crunchy taco so I tell her that she changes it on the screen and I tell her fire sauce and she adds that I pull up get my regular crunchy taco and supreme crunchy pull off and drive 10 min back home I didn’t check cause I assumed my order was simple and easy and nothing be wrong I get back home open up my bag and see one regular crunchy tacos and they gave me a soft taco supreme even tho I paid more money for the crunchy they gave me the wrong one and no fire sauce at all for either order the online and the drive thru and I requested for both I tried calling 3 times no answer ain’t this point I just gave up and took the L and normally I don’t write reviews like this and go to that taco Often and get good service but today was just a lot dumb mistakes that shouldn’t of happened

My wife and I ordered 21 dollars worth of food thru the drive thru this evening!! Everything was on point ! Fast, friendly and efficient!! Good was so good !! Everything in the bag was made well! Even put in straws, napkins and sauce!! World class operation !! We will be going back ! New residents of Florence. Hats off to the Sunday crew !!

Fast food? Not really! No one acknowledged when we arrived, no employee to take order, had to use kiosk and the menu signage was non existent. Had to keep clicking on the kiosk to see what was in each combo...
I will never order from here again. My wife door-dashed some food last night as we got home late and had little time for dinner. The order was completely jacked up and this was one of the chicken strips that we ordered for our children. It legit looks like it was underneath a piece of equipment for a month, found, picked up, and thrown in the bag (notice the black on there). Absolutely disgusting......

This is worst TB in northern Kentucky. I waited over 5 minutes just get drunk. Then another 5 minutes more to get food. They didn't have queso I ordered instead of refunding my order they gave me more cheese which I already got with my order.

I'm not even going to give them a one star but wouldn't let me continue otherwise. The workers at this Taco Bell are very rude. Didn't get to eat there, because I asked for my money back before they even fixed my food. After the few exchanged words and then one of the workers comments are about fixing my food in a bad way. Nope, got a refund, must explain why the restaurant was completely empty
