i ordered a cantina crispy chicken taco meal (comes with tortilla chips & cheese) with a drink. tortilla chips were stale and tasted disgusting. the shells on the cantina tacos were also stale therefore ruining the entire taco (skimped per usual). the only part of this “meal” i enjoyed was the baja blast

dear god this place sucks. tables are not clean, only hard chairs to sit in, order took forever, employees complaining and whining as orders came in on their system. everyone is miserable for no reason

I don’t normally like to leave negative reviews, but my latest experience was so time consuming that I felt compelled to. I placed an online order through the app. 4 food items in total and a drink. It said it would be ready by 7:43PM. I get there and wait for a bit. 7:53PM comes and goes without a word. A few minutes later, it was finally brought out, not called out by name, but she just asked if someone in the building had an order. I asked if it was mine by name, she seemed confused but handed me the bag. There were two items missing, so I let her know. Another 15 minutes go by. Needing to leave to get somewhere on time, when she brought out the other customer’s orders I asked her if they were working on my missing items to which the same person said not yet, they were working on getting the drive thru orders taken care of. She seemed stressed, left alone to scramble back and forth between the front and the kitchen to let the customers know what was going on. I told her I had to leave, having waited roughly half an hour at this point. She asked for two minutes, but I was simply out of time. The steak garlic nacho fries were devoid of a majority of the pictured toppings. For the price I would have expected something a little better.

They didn’t give me everything I live about 40 min away when I called to address it they said that they would write my name down but I had to come back and get it today….like wait what mind you this was a stop after a long night in the hospital with my daughter I ain’t got time today to fix your mess up!!

Worst taco bell I have ever been in not only do they have no customer service skills they seem hateful to us 17 mins to get 4 soft tacos with no other customers here I'm not a person who is petty I've never left a review but the lich time shift is very lazy and have no common courtesy won't even try to say why they are taking so long it's like having lazy robots

Was told I had to use the kiosk even the older man behind us was told the same Starry was out couldn’t get anyone’s attention to let them know still got my order wrong again couldn’t get anyone’s attention to fix it correctly this place is horrible
The ordering kiosk is confusing. We had hard time finding the Mexican pizza on the menu. Then, we had problem swapping beans for meat. I thought I swapped beans for meat for of order. When we got the order, all of it was made with meat. The manager took care of it. The order takers were not happy to help. I may choose another restaurant next time.

I ordered large fries at the window, they came half way filled, you mean you're too lazy to drop more fries, gtfoh, Elon Musk should run these restaurants with AI, yall need to get a factory job if you don't like dealing with the public and making an enjoyable experience for the customers, that was unacceptable and you could easily do your job the right way and no body would have a problem.
