I have come through MANY times and each and every time I come through, the people are rude. Just today I came through for breakfast, Goggle says they open at 8 and the app let me put a mobile order through. I pull at 8:50 and see no cars in the parking lot so I call them to see if they are open they said yes, at 9. I wait till 9:05 and pull up. No one comes to the speaker and when they finally do the lady said “yeah so we are closed you are going to have to pull away”. I get home and call again because I just paid for food I didn’t get, I ask about the fact that I had a mobile order and when I pulled up they were closed and how I could get my money back. The lady (Nikki) then said that I have go through the app and before I could respond she hung up. Service was awful and information should have been better communicated.

Where to start... Terrible experience. Employees make eye contact but don't say anything when you walk in and go back to playing on their phones and standing around. They provide zero instruction that they expect you to only order from a kiosk. We were the only customers placing an order for inside and had to wait 15min for cold food, cheese not melted, side items put inside tacos... I can say with confidence this is the worst Taco Bell experience I've ever had. They advertise they are hiring up to $15/hr- for what? There was zero customer service and the food wasn't even warm. If the employees were paid based off job performance they wouldn't rate minimum wage. They couldn't even properly make a cheese roll up (cheese was unmelted and cold). For those who don't know- that's a tortilla rolled up with shredded cheese that is warmed until the cheese melts. How do you F that up? Avoid this location at all costs- just get dinner at a gas station instead.

Had a great experience today at this Taco Bell! Katie the GM really has turned this Taco Bell around. Food was great and we were very well taken care of! Tammy and Katie made sure we had everything in our order and made sure we got everything we ordered! The whole day shift team was AWESOME! :)

Food is fine for a Taco Bell and the restaurant is clean, however the mandatory kiosk ordering system and non-existent customer service leave a lot to be desired.

I sat in a 40 min long line and my order was wrong! They didn’t give me all of my order and my food was over cooked, almost burnt! The women with green hair had a nasty attitude as well!

Avoid this Taco Bell! They will screw you out of your money. The manager of this Taco Bell tells me that you have to ask for happy hour drinks at the happy hour Price for the price is not automatic. That’s not corporate policy, says the customer service people answering the phone for Yum brands. The manager was very hateful and spoke to us without regard for customer service or kindness. I would imagine this is a bad Taco Bell in all respects because of the attitude of management. I can’t imagine anyone wanting to work under her. Time to fire or close this poor location!

This has got to be the worst Taco Bell EVER! Not only do they open and close when they want, I've lost count of how many times I've ordered and went to pick up or just went to order there and the store isn't even opened like they say. Then when you order items with special dietary items removed or added, they can't seem to read these and follow the order. Example, ordered an item with no lettuce, no tomatoes and add cheese sauce. The item was loaded with lettuce and tomatoes and had no cheese sauce. Like they didn't even bother to read the order. Then tell you "contact doordash" or "contact customer service" when you tell them you had issues, they don't even try and help the customer to make things right. Wish I could say it ended there but it doesn't as the one item that was made correctly and able to be ate gave food poisoning. This restaurant needs a complete re haul or just closed.

This Taco Bell has by far the worst customer service I've ever seen. They do not know how to continue to take orders when someone is at the window (no multitasking skills), take forever to acknowledge you in store or the drive through, is super slow in making your food and often makes mistakes. When I'm at the window I look in and see workers just standing there doing nothing with a line around the building. The last time I went, I was in line for 30 mins to get my food and when I checked the potato taco I ordered, they forgot the potatoes. It was literally a tortilla with lettuce and sauce. I will drive out of my way to go to the Mall Rd Taco Bell before going to this one. Please work on your customer service!!!

This location is a literal joke. Placed multiple orders here and go to pick them up and they won’t even get to us. We were in the drive thru for 20 minutes just had to end up leaving
