It’s 9am they are supposed to open at 8am and all the little girls inside want to stand at the door and stare, rather then unlock the door to open the store. Pathetic come on area manager.
Update, even WORSE this time. Literally didn’t even put beef in the Crunchwrap and my chili cheese burrito has NOTHING but tortilla. SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN NOW!!!

Is Taco Bell, AR 410 Mt. Zion, Union KY, was rude and disrespectful and would not take our order or services us, which was bad customer service in a bad experience. We had to leave and go find another Taco Bell on Mall Road in Florence Kentucky that had amazing service

The service at this place is horrible. I have been to this location many times living close by. More than 3x, you pull up and they say we are taking online orders only. Then you try to use the app for normal non breakfast items and it says no longer serving breakfast. You can see people being turned away while trying to figure out the app error.
One time, I placed an order at about an hour after their opening time and the older lady said they are not taking orders yet and I said I already placed one. She had me pull around and then gives me my order. This dysfunctional poorly managed location sends away business and I don’t know if any of them have cars cause there is none there half the time during late hours.

Called and complained was told to ask for extra chicken that their portion cup measures out the amount that goes on there exactly and the piece of chicken must have been a big piece of chicken. This is unbelievable this isn't even a portion that would fill my toddler. And yet they're trying to serve this to a pregnant woman. This is crazy . What is this a new menu item? Like are you putting America on a diet I'm really confused.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I live right by this Taco Bell and go often especially since I’ve been pregnant because for some reason it’s my craving. The last 3 times I’ve been they have been AWFUL!!!!! They make the food terrible. Went today and the staff was incredibly rude to my boyfriend and made my quesadilla with hardly anything on it!!!!!! We didnt pay almost $7 for just a tortilla. They need new management and employees ASAP!!!!

Supposed to be quick stop on road trip. Wierd unmarked side road to get to entrance. Dirty tables dirty bathrooms. Can only order with the kiosk. Had to wait over 10 minutes for our order of 6 tacos and a burrito. Guy who ordered before us received his food after us. He had to ask if if the order was lost. Burritos were made great. Soft tacos were very light on ingredients. Never again.
EDIT took 40 min and missing food. I deserve this, I know better than to trust late night Taco

This Taco Bell needs to be gone I won’t ever go back here again everytime I order food the food tastes awful I ask for stuff I don’t want on it they do it anyways I ask for two chili cheese burritos and Crunchwrap Supreme Crunchwrap had nasty rotted lettuce when I said no lettuce everything tasted so nasty even my 2 chili cheese burrito was nasty and when I order from the app last night go drive thru employee was so rude and nasty toss me my food food was so gross happens everytime this nasty Taco Bell needs be gone food cost so much anymore and it taste gross and rude workers if there was 0 stars what I would put like I said I won’t eat here at this nasty garbage place again
They always mess my order up, even though they read the order back to me to confirm. They always have an attitude today is the last straw got my tacos And every single one was cracked like somebody purposely did it all because I asked for sour cream on two stackers and the lady had to come from the back because the new person on the registered didn’t know what they were doing you know on top of that she still didn’t put the sour cream on it This is like the Sixth or seventh time in a row I keep giving them chances but I’m done
