The steak was excellent. I ordered rare and actually got rare. The steak was seasoned well and very juicy. The salted baked potato was perfectly cooked. I ordered takeout this time and the only problem I had was the packaging. My wife is a vegetarian and only ordered the bake potato. They put her baked potato in the same package as my juicy steak. Thankfully the foil wrapping mostly protected it. I did not order a steak with 2 potatoes. I ordered her separately and even put different names on each meal. Hopefully they will learn from this.

I ordered the New York strip, medium rare and it came out extremely well done. Like leather. I asked my waitress for a new steak and by the time my new steak had come out the entire table was done. It was taking so long at one point, I told her I don’t even want the steak anymore, I just want to go home. Then, as soon as she steps away, the kitchen manager just so happens to come out with my steak. I told him I don’t want it and he then comes out with to go boxes. Then she manages to hand me my bill with nothing comped on it and then I’d look at our bill and he only comped us six dollars. She asked if we were given an option and I said no we were not. He just kind of sat it down and told us to deal with it. I just paid the bill and left just so I could get the hell out of there. This is my first time having a really bad Texas Roadhouse experience. Stuff happens, but to be that slow and to not communicate anything on a Sunday is ridiculous.

First off our server, Jordan did everything in his power. When you have a kitchen that is overwhelmed by the number of people in the establishment a server can only do so much my wife ordered the grilled chicken Caesar salad. The chicken came out cold and rubbery. I ordered a 8 ounce sirloin with a baked potato with no sour cream baked potato came to the table with sour cream extremely cold. The chili appetizer we ordered was cold enough that the cheese did not melt into it likewise with the side of chili I ordered for my baked potato.

Got the basic steak 🥩 and it was delicious , I have been so disappointed in all the other steaks I had gotten from this location and in FT Wright that I'm surprised I gave them another chance. But I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with my overall dinner.

This restaurant has gone down hill so much! I don’t get to go out much because I am a caregiver for my aunt, and I was craving a steak so bad! We came here for a nice meal and I ordered a steak (medium )with mushrooms! It came out with onions not mushrooms so the server took it back and got mushrooms on it and brought it to me so I preceded to cut into it and it’s well done so I sent it back and waited probably 30 minutes until he brought it out and by this time everyone I’m with is finished! I asked for a box so I could take it home! Mind you no manager or anyone in charge interacted with me, my husband asked if they were going to discount my meal and the server said she is taking it home! I said I didn’t come here to take it home if that was the case I would have ordered takeout! Very disappointed!!
