I ordered take out on 2/11/25 & in the process of ordering two dinners I had an issue with my credit card that had me worried, but after speaking with the Mgr (Billy ) I nolonger was in that mindset, Billy fixed the problem and my dinners was stomach happy, will certainly return again. Ordered 2 deluxe double cheeseburgers, fries and drink
Got 2 plain single cheeseburgers
Paid extra for double and horseradish mayo. Didn't get the double burgers or the horseradish mayo

SMOKEY BONES!!!! SO If ANYONE is curious about Smokey bones… we went tonight for the two for one dinner which was brisket (omg so tender ) and two sides, (I got baked tater and broccoli ) that is their Thursday special, but that was absolutely the BEST brisket I’ve EVER HAD (especially with A-1) lol and it’s two dinners for 24.95 !! Please try it! It’s so good and even better, ask for MATT to be your server!!! He’s sooo good! Food is so Yum ! Worth the money for sure!😊

I have ordered from delivery apps and I have had the restaurant cancel my order at least 3 times now because they couldn't fulfill it. Same item each time, ribs. If you guys don't have it this frequently, perhaps you should change the menu or how you order supplies. I'm not going to order again.

A big wow to smokey bones Florence the food was great. I had a full slab St. Louis ribs and it was awesome falls out the bone barbecue sauce was awesome. The banana pudding was awesome very very good 10/10.our waitress lynn was very friendly and fast didn’t have to wait for a long time like other places come visit Florence Smokey bones u won’t be disappointed

Hands down best all around service , we have had in quite some time . Clean restaurant, polite staff . Charlie was amazing and attentive waitress, that got our order correct first time . Plenty napkins , drinks topped off , not overly smothering . Very educated on the menu . I haven’t finished an entire dinner at one sitting in a restaurant, since I don’t know when lol . Smoked turkey was amazing . We asked for manager to compliment the store and it’s staff and Billy was professional and came directly to our table . Was very proud of his team and the establishment as he should be ! Thanks Smokey bones crew , we will be back !
