While traveling through the Commonwealth of Kentucky we wanted a quick sandwich and found HBH. We tried the Turkey bacon ham club sandwich that was delicious. Our server was fantastic 👏. She was personal and professional. She made recommendations that proved to be on target. We also bought a Rum cake as we were leaving and we were glad we did. It was just as good as the last one we had in Mexico.

We've had good experience with Honey Baked Ham in the past, but they totally dropped the ball for Thanksgiving 2024. On Nov 5 we ordered and paid for two whole turkeys for pickup on Nov 26. We received a confirmation email the day we ordered, and also two additional reminder emails on pickup day.
When my wife arrived at the designated time to pickup, they informed her that they had "oversold" and were unable to fulfill our order. To compensate, they provided pre-packaged sliced turkey and some gift cards, so at least we're not empty handed for the 16 people we're supposed to feed in two days, but it's frustrating that we didn't get what we ordered and there was no indication of any issues prior to pickup. If there was an issue, couldn't this have been communicated earlier to allow more time to make other arrangements? The reminder email 1 hour before pickup did not mention any issues.
While I appreciate the attempt to make things right, I'm not sure I would trust ordering from them again for holidays or anything important.

I have never had it before but because of thisI will be having it regularly. Thank you so much. I would not have had lunch had he not stopped by.

Highest quality food. Over-the-top service. Eat in available but not prioritized. I continue to get carry-out for group dinners and the occasional lunch.
Dietary restrictions: They were able to prepare a chicken salad sandwich without black pepper to accommodate an allergy.
The pretty counter girl with long dark hair is quick and courteous. Nice place to stop for lunch.

Had to wait in a short line, but well worth it. My daughter had a gift certificate which was a double bonus! Since prices have gone up, I've tried different hams and different recipes over the last few years, but nothing comes close to Honey Baked Ham! WHOOHOO.

The food was okay, I'll get the ham sandwich next time. Ham salad was skimpy, and the tomato was huge. I couldn't taste the ham salad. The kid at the register was nice and helpful. The atmosphere was like eating in a store. Oh wait.... give em a shot!!!
