I had no idea about this place until today š The smoothie was so good I don't know what I've been doing with my life. Ironton on being a long-term customer with this place after trying it and now seeing the full menu I've got a unbelievable amount of choices that I can't wait to get into. Right now is the one I started with is Paradise point āļø And believe me it's on point!

I have been getting smoothies from this location for about 2 weeks and I finally tried a jerk chicken wrap the other day and then yesterday it went bad when I purchased a chicken Bacon ranch flatbread, I took 2 bites out of it and noticed a piece of molded grilled chicken inside the flatbread something told me to open it when I noticed the lettuce didnāt look too good either! I didnāt know they already some bad reviews with there fruit and bacon being served uncooked and now Iām typing about molded chicken, I had to call out of work today sick, I dont even live up there Iām a truck driver and have to come up there everyday around the area so I try to stay a lil healthy I was thinking anyway by stopping at that location, I canāt get ahold to corporate so this is why Iām typing and leaving this review!! So hopefully they see this and can reach out to me i definitely probably ate a piece and didnāt catch it before I actually saw it on top of the video so I have of what I saw I definitely have evidenceā¦

I ordered the detox smoothie + the pesto wrap. Never had tropical smoothie Cafe before - and this was a great experience for me.
Store was clean. Employees were hygienic.
You can taste the kale and ginger in the detox smoothie. But it shouldn't be a problem if you like those things. Texture was good. No big chunks. Not too thick and not too thin.
The pesto wrap is pretty good, too!

I ordered a tropical smoothie with no sugar and the young worker put sugar in it by accident and then told the owner, so the owner denied it and forced me to take it anyway. One drink and it was obvious it had sugar in it like the employee told her owner, but I guess for $3.00 profit the owner would rather see me in the hospital. I did the right thing and left that mistake right in the parking lot and I wonāt be back. But I wouldnāt be in the hospital with ketoacidosis either.

Smoothies are good, however after buying 2 and walking out the door, one of the drinks was dropped and busted all over the ground, i went back in and asked if i could have it remade or if id have to buy another one and i was told id have to buy another one, right after another customer told me id be able to just get it remade. I just left instead. Disappointed that an $8 drink that we didnt even get a drink of couldnāt be remade :(

I usually love Tropical Smoothie Cafe, but have tried this location four times, and every time has failed me. I get a chicken bacon ranch, and the one I got today had no cheese on it, and a half a piece of bacon that was floppy and honestly seemed uncooked. I was very disappointed that I spent my money on this. Iāve never had a bad experience with tropical smoothie before this location.

We hit the dinner rush, but the service was surprisingly fast. The food was great like usual. The carribian jerk wrap is delicious, but wow, does it have some spice. All our smoothies were perfect as ordered.

Discovered this restaurant when I was living in Florida. Their smoothies are absolutely delicious I have not found one I do not like. Staff is always courteous and eager to answer questions. This place is close to I 75 North and South.
