We really enjoy their sushi. They have a nice drink selection and the menu is very large. Prices are very reasonable.

Placed a carryout order at 6:20 tonight and was quoted a 20-25 minute wait time. Arrived at 6:45, the high end of the quoted wait time, as I had a tired toddler with me and didn't want to subject a crowded restaurant to his antics.
Food was not ready until 7:15, more than double the quoted wait time, while I was faced with the decision to either wrangle a tired toddler or abandon my order.
Kindly asked the staff, who were very apologetic, if the order could be discounted or a credit issued to compensate for the additional, unplanned wait, only to be told that this was not possible since the only management is the owner who doesn't work nights or weekends. I understand that things happen, and that wait times may be longer than originally quoted, but the fact that no one will be available to assist with any kind of compensation for at least two days is unacceptable, and frankly poor management.
My family have been fairly regular customers since Kopan opened. There have been issues like this TN the past, but never to the point that I thought to ask for compensation. Unfortunately due to this experience, I am going to take my business elsewhere.
The food is excellent. The server was incredibly knowledgeable with great recommendations. An extensive menu for those that are adventurous and the classics for everyone else. 😋

I took my 4 year old son for Ramen & it was a great experience. I, myself had the “Sushi Bomb” roll & he had the miso chicken ramen. We shared Crab Rangoon. Waitress was outstanding & will definitely be back. 10/10

Great service. Octopus and egg were way overdone and they used instant ramen noodles. Oh well, I suppose that's what I get for a Japanese dish at a Korean eatery. Very good broth in the soup.

I’ve loved this place for years! I’ve been coming here since it was Wabi Sabi. I’ve always talked highly of it but honestly it’s just going downhill and has been for a while. The employees are very kind but the food just tastes off sometimes and the service has been really bad at times but the reason I’m leaving this review is actually because I was there last night with my boyfriend when he found what we think is a piece of a stainless steel scrubber! How does this get into soup?? So gross and he could’ve swallowed that 🤢 Please ensure that your dishes are empty before filling them with food!
