The people working there always seem to be rude like they don't want to do their job correctly. 1 day I had ordered a piggy bag whatever it's called for my kid and it's supposed to come with a drink but they normally would ask me what I wanted but they didn't this time and when I went to get my food they didn't give me the drink but yet I paid for it. I come here and get my food alot and most the time it's always wrong and I have to go back and get it fixed.

The food was really good, I was extremely disappointed in how much their chicken breast on the spicy chicken sandwich has shrunk though, especially considering how they are rasing prices. Easily a 60% change. Super thin and the chicken was smaller than the buns, barely any spice compared to how it was before it was changed. The drive thru employees were great, very nice and fast. But I can't respect a business that honors shrinkflation in such a blatant screw the customer style.

I received the wrong food in the drive thru I called and went back and they remade the sandwich that they messed up but by the time I had to drive back to get it and then drive back home all my family's food was cold thank God I ate my fries on the way they offered me a frosty which was nice but wat about all the sandwiches for my family I bought 6 sandwiches and spent 30 bucks but the service was great and they understood

My husband and I ordered a large biscuit and gravy and they took 2 biscuits put gravy on it and served it in a half order container. there was not enough gravy cause the container was small. The biscuits were dry due to not having room for gravy.Richwood serves a whole order in 2 half containers and we usually split it. Just not a good experience. Thank you

Store was clean. That was about the best part. Took over 20 minutes to get 2 4 pc nuggets and a burger value meal. Burger was old and slightly cold. Fries were luke warm since they left them sit on the counter waiting to finish the order. Didn’t know fast food could ever take that long.
