I spent $57.40 on an order from White Castle Florence, KY through Uber Eats and what I got was literally unusable. Bags torn open, food and drinks soaked and smashed like it had been dropped and tossed back together. I essentially paid $57.40 for a bag of trash and then had to fight for any kind of refund. If this location is okay sending out $57.40 orders in that condition, they clearly don’t respect their customers or their money. I will never risk my stomach or my wallet on this place again.

My first time being at this location. I went through the drive thru. My food was hot and correct. The red haired lady at the window was so sweet and kind. She made sure I had all my sauces. They were very busy, but still made sure I was taken care of.

I have been coming to the is particular White Castle for a few decades. I’m compelled to write an actual review hoping White Castle corporate is listening.
What did you all do to this team at this location? Like seriously you who did you hire and what processes did you put into place that made everyone here genuinely nice and moderately happy? I found myself thinking am I in the right place?
I’m not suggesting staff before weren’t pleasant interacting with, but tonight was just different. Authentic kindness, authentic nice. These changes id replicated across all locations will drive absolute bottom and top line growth.
Nice work whomever instilled the new changes, but the people are the ones delivering and deliver they did.

Always a line but always awesome. Except for the lady at the window. 11/16/2025. She was rude and wouldn't let me speak. Had multiple problems with the order and every time I tried to say something she cut me off. Shoving her hand in my face. Will be calling tomorrow. Team member 105.

My bf and i just left here,worse experience ever from a white castle....half our order was missing so my bf went back up to the counter to let them no and the Manager got so rude with him about something that was their fault not ours..Ive always loved white castle but this one was being ran so unprofessional..I had to clean my own table, didn't get half of our food that costs $27 then was disrespected by the manager himself right in front of his staff..We will not be back and for the so called manager,if you hate your job then quit instead of taking it out on your customers... Honestly you should be fired!!!!!??
