Pretty straight forward. My only real issue is the online order to pick up time is always off. For some dumb reason, the website prompts you show just five minutes after you order, but the order is never ready when you get there. So just order and show up 15 mins after when it says to. Food is what you should expect.
This place has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I Ordered 8 piece bucket Crispy, went home just to find it different from what I ordered, I drove back and asked them to correct my order, they corrected it but, when I got home it was one piece short. So I called them up to state my complaint, the manager on duty did not even introduce herself and offered to give me the one missing piece. Every time I go there it takes 20-30 minutes from the time I get in line to order and get my food.The food served is back quality, the chicken is rubbery and the fries are cold and limp.They are always short staffed and the service is really bad, they are holding the food way past that is recommended and serving it to the customers, I bet they won’t that food by paying full price.This needs to change
