Really great food here no need to eat out anywhere
As a service member of almost 14 years; Defac experiences are always a hit or miss some days you live the food its not crowded and you can take your time eating in a nice quiet manner. Then there are moments where you have hundreds of people, limited food options and get pushed through just to find the coffee is empty. Just be thankful your food is free and you have a full belly! God bless the 🇺🇸!

Cantigny Dining Facility offers typical Army food with some good options like a salad bar and quality coffee. The meals are generally good, but vegetables are often overcooked, and breakfast hours can be inconvenient, especially for those with early schedules. The facility is better than some other DFACs, with a working air conditioner and a pleasant atmosphere. However, there is some concern about the content played on TVs, which features leftist propaganda. Overall, it’s considered one of the better Army dining options available.
