Great lunch options! Hot bar had steak, chicken, and fish options. Salad bar is very good with hummus! Blackberries, strawberries, blueberries for fresh fruit. Price is around $7.20 as of Jun 2025 which cannot be beat! Better currently than the Ft Eustis DEFAC for comparison.

Good morning! I was only allowed to two pieces of chicken and only 1 type of protein. How am I suppose to maintain muscle mass with minimal amounts of protein? Slightly rude, but the salad bar was delicious. Too bad I’m not vegan ?. But jokes aside.. we want strong soldiers so feed them appropriately.
