Dunkin'

This is a great Dunkin...perfect spot for brunch today. Loved it!

Trash service. They have maybe two other people waiting. 3 people people working and they just stand around, work slowly, or chat with each other. I attempt to get a meal on my 9 am break and more often than not I have to walk out without a refund and without my food because I have to leave to get off of my break. 30 minutes to make an energy drink and an egg and cheese sandwich is honestly unacceptable. Please do better

I have always enjoyed having a Dunkin within walking distance of my Army schools on Fort Knox. In my opinion, Dunkin is better in every way compared to Starbucks, i.e., you get more for your money, the coffee doesn't taste burnt, etc. Starbucks is also not in a short walking distance for those who are not fortunate to have cars. My favorite drink to order is an iced Americano with lite ice, and Dunkin actually gives you lite ice, unlike Starbucks, which takes away 4 pieces of ice :), then looks at you like why you complaining 😄. You want an easy pick me up, try Dunkin' at this location, and order ahead on the app to save time!

This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been too. Sat for 45 minutes while they never called my name for a single coffee. Had to leave before I was late to work. Store reached out after complaint and offered to refund my money if I came back in. I’m now 6 hours away from this location. The employees to include what appears to be the manager sat and complained out loud for all the hear they they were “too busy”. Just go to Star bucks if your on this post.

Very kind employees. Can expect a bit of a wait quite often, but it's because of the traffic. I much prefer DD over Starbucks. Tastes better and the prices are better.

Nice place on base. Service was quick, and the staff was friendly. However, I ordered cream and sugar in my coffee, and it was black.

This location always seems chaotic. Plus, they've been out of cold brew, and instead of removing it from the menu or telling customers, they put a shot of espresso in a cup of iced coffee. Not the same...Just remove it from the menu!

Ordered a bagel with cream cheese on Uber eats. Opened bag to find diy kit for it, and a used baskin robins cream cheese capsule, warm.

Got two sandwiches, both cold in the middle. I was nice about asking to have it reheated, but received a rude response. Last time I came here, my coffee was forgotten for 25 minutes. While I get that it's busy here, they could say least be friendly when I'm offering a please and thank you. We're all just trying to get by.

Fourth? Visit to this location and the first one that left me far less than impressed. Every previous visit has been excellent, most above and beyond. This most recent one was not that, hence the lower star rating
