Terrible food everything was cold, they did not fry the chulupa served it in a dry bread tortilla, no sour cream on taco supreme, chips super thin , canned gross cheese, gave us chicken instead of beef. Charged 6 dollars more than advertised using the excuse they were a franchise not corp . Sorry people but when you own a franchise you still have to go by the company s rules , ive never had a chulupa that was served that way . Disgusting, over priced. Used to love Taco Bell , we were looking forward to eating there, never ever again

This is by far the worse Taco Bell in the US, they would close early on a daily bias by almost an hour. They would also choose days they wanted to come in for work. All teenagers zero accountibalith!

Sometimes the service can be with a little attitude. Also the freeze I got was completely melted 15 minutes after getting it which is not good. Wasn't cold enough coming out of the machine.
The two employees turned the lights off. While I stood at the counterWhen I finally got their attention. They said they were closed. But didn't have a sign up and had music playing in the kitchen area. They appeared to have zero interest in engaging with the customers. They told me they were "told to close due to short staff" this was at 1740 on 03AUG23.They could atleast tell customers and not knowingly let them sit there waiting to order.

I never have a good experience at taco bell. I ordered a few items, one of which being a Mexican pizza. I told the cashier I wanted chipotle sauce in the middle and onions in the outside after it cooked. I even watched the guy tell them to do it this way. When I opened my order it clearly had chipotle sauce on the outside and the onions looked like they were cooked with the pizza rather than being added afterwards. Can't believe the simplest things always get messed up at every single taco bell location I've visited.
