This morning, the Ft. Mitchell store was so awesome. I had to get six pints back to Evansville for our hard working teachers from Evansville Lutheran School.

WOW! This is hands down, the best icecream ive ever had! Was there a wait to get it, absolutely! But it went fast and id do it 100 times over again. They're service was very fast and the icecream was the best ive had.
We brought a whole soccer team in Sunday at 8pm. Whole staff was friendly and efficient. Well done

So many choices of flavors and toppings served in a waffle cone or cups. Lots of gift items such as coffee cups, cookies and candies. Ice Cream Birthday cakes & pies available. Shoppe busy but plenty of fast and friendly staff. Lots of seating. They also offer delivery or pickup.
The graetest cincinnati icecream. The best location too. Support UC and get the bearcat ice cream its my favorite flavor.
Got a brownie Sunday and my husband got a scoop. Ice cream was not good, tasted freezer burnt. And the little bleach blonde girl had horrible costumer service, was throwing around supplies while making my ice-cream, made my ice-cream wrong, and very rudely bossed her coworker around.
The best ice cream in all of Northern Kentucky, on the very high end, but you get what you pay for…

Visited from out of town and they had friendly staff and great ice cream! Will be visiting again in the future

Graeter’s has always been my favorite ice cream place. I’ve been to the Cincinnati location often, today I decided to visit the buttermilk pike Ky and the vibe was so off. We came in and everyone went to the back and once we did get to ordered the ice cream was correct but our other part of the order was wrong because they were trying to get ride of us. We were the only black people in the store. Made us feel very unwelcome. We didn’t even bother to try and correct our order due to how we were feeling from everyone. Keep your peace and don’t visit this location.
They are always super nice! The need hair nets that’s it other then that clean location friendly service!
