the best shakes ever!

Visited from out of town and they had friendly staff and great ice cream! Will be visiting again in the future

I think they have the best milkshakes in the area. I love Graters ❤️

Graeter’s has always been my favorite ice cream place. I’ve been to the Cincinnati location often, today I decided to visit the buttermilk pike Ky and the vibe was so off. We came in and everyone went to the back and once we did get to ordered the ice cream was correct but our other part of the order was wrong because they were trying to get ride of us. We were the only black people in the store. Made us feel very unwelcome. We didn’t even bother to try and correct our order due to how we were feeling from everyone. Keep your peace and don’t visit this location.

They are always super nice! The need hair nets that’s it other then that clean location friendly service!

Disappointed they were out of my wife's favorite. But still good.

The young man who waited on my mom and I this afternoon was great. He was patient as my mom made a decision after I read some choices for her. Her dementia makes it hard for her to make simple choices, but the young man was very patient and show no signs of rushing us or being aggravated in waiting. Luckily no one else was in line. I also told the young man how much I appreciated his patience with her. Cudos to him!

I've been a customer for at least the past 55 years. I was always happy to pay more for the quality and quantity of ice cream compared to say, UDF. Unfortunately, the quantity of ice cream has gone down along with the quality of other offerings. An affliction shared with almost all other restaurants these days; I just expected more from Graeter's. Even though the ice cream is still the best around, I'm opting to keep more of my money and curtailing my visits.

Kid-friendliness: The newer stores have added a child play area.

This place was good last year but not as good this year. The pumpkin ice cream had ice crystals in it and the Buckeye Blitz was a little soupy. Friendly staff and clean store but the ice cream could be better.
