Have you ever went through a drive-thru and been pressured to order quickly or the person in the window isn't nice so you can't enjoy your food after? That is not the case at fort wright Arby's when Lori is in the window. Lori doesn't pressure you to order quickly, she lets you take your time and when you get to the window she makes sure you have every thing you need to enjoy your meal with a smile on her face. Pretty sure she's been there a while. I know I've seen her before and I don't eat out often. Today I went for my birthday freebie and some lunch and she even told me happy birthday 3x which I thought was super sweet! Had to come write a good review for an awesome experience. Thank you Lori & Ft Wright Arby's!

Tried Arby’s new “Steak Bites,” and honestly, they’re not what I expected. They’re being marketed as steak, but they’re really just cubes of roast beef — definitely not the tender, juicy steak pieces I was hoping for. The flavor isn’t bad, but the texture and overall experience are a letdown. If you’re expecting real steak, you’ll probably be disappointed.

Instead of yelling at Dasher. Be nice. He doing his job. He needs to go through seval things before it's confirmed. Your not allowed to view customer personal information. Be patient. Or do Dasher job. I don't go in there yell at you how to do your job.

I went to the drive through today at around 3:30. I ordered a regular roast beef sandwich and 3 potatoe cakes and a diet coke. I got a beef and Cheddar and 2 orders of curly fries and the diet coke.. And everything was cold. I also donated a $1 for a charity. They told me my total was $11.78 when I got to the window they said it was $11.53
