Have you ever went through a drive-thru and been pressured to order quickly or the person in the window isn't nice so you can't enjoy your food after? That is not the case at fort wright Arby's when Lori is in the window. Lori doesn't pressure you to order quickly, she lets you take your time and when you get to the window she makes sure you have every thing you need to enjoy your meal with a smile on her face. Stopped by Arby’s and went through the drive-thru with our dog. The staff was very nice and friendly, and the food was decent, but service was on the slow side. Overall an okay experience.
Food was great! The woman working the cash register wasn't in a hurry to get our order put in. I'm not sure if she has physical issues or something but she was really slow.
