I have no clue why we ALWAYS have an issue when coming to this location. We order extra wet = no sauce at all, we order 10 wings = 9 wings in the box. This happens so much that we go to Newport if we can. Anytime we give this location another try, we’re disappointed. I hate to leave reviews, but this is too frequent to just overlook it.

It wasn't very busy, but our server seemed extremely overwhelmed. I get that, being former service industry as a server, bartender and eventually a manager. What I don't get is how me and the rest of my party all got the same beers, and they were all different colors. I was willing to accept it and made light of it. I ordered a Mich Ultra the next round and got something that looked like Sam adams mixed with soap and Miller Lite. It didn't smell like it should be drank. The lines could need a good cleaning. When the food came out, it was all wrong, but we let it slide because we were hungry and in a hurry. I brought it up to the server and he asked if we wanted it remade. Not after waiting 40 minutes for it. The bathroom had what looked like poop on the ground. I'll never visit that location ever again.

Had a sorry side or wedges with my All-American burger. Wings also came out with the sauce dried up. Very disappointing when you tryna take someone on a date & you hype up the place, for the food to make you look like a lair.

Got my wings to go. They took about 3 minutes longer than estimated time but man they were the freshest wings I have ever had and staff was phenomenal I'll be back. Update must depend on what day you go got wings to go from here again they were cold and so I went back in an had them remade and waited 15 minutes for my whole order to be remade only for it to be cold again... wound up just taking it on the chin an leaving. Kinda disappointed.

Complete garbage. $30 for 20 wings at 4:30 in the afternoon that tasted like they were left over from lunch. Shame on you.

This place is awful!! My husband, son and I ate there today. They brought out my son’s and my food first. My husband ordered 10 wings and his came out 30 minutes later. It was a joke. This is supposed to be a wing place and it took that long for wings. We told the waitress that was ridiculous she responded in away like she didn’t care. We asked for the manager which he came out and looked incompetent. Gave some bs and did absolutely nothing. The place is dirty and the workers look dirty as well. We should have known it was an awful place because when we went in the place it was empty. I mean come on it is college football and every other bw3 I have been to they are packed and you have to wait to be seated. I will never eat there again and tell everyone I know not to go there.

The food was decent but they didn't have the sauce i ordered and gave me the wrong drink. I think it probably would be great eating in, but to go, you gotta eat it right then. I paid for a bottle of sauce but they didn't have it or the secondary flavor I asked for. It's ok. I'll be back

Went to the Fort Wright location to watch the football games (Bengals and Steelers). When we arrived, we told the hostess we wanted to watch both of the games mentioned above. She said okay and sat us. We then checked the tvs, and there was no sign of the Steelers game. We ask the waiter, and he then tells us that they are not allowed to change the channels to the tvs. He then tells us what tv the game will be on. We are okay with that. The games are getting ready to start as we got there 30 mins earlier to avoid tv changes. We see on the tvs that he told us our game will be on, say they are now switching to other games.. We flag our waiter down, and he says again we can't change tvs.. We asked for a manager, and he (Scott) was very rude and the most unprofessional and unaccommodating person I have ever met. Telling me that it is policy that they do not and will not change the channels. Isn't the bdud experience about making sure that we fans can see our games.. We told the hostess what games we wanted to watch. IF she knew about the policy, wouldn't she have set us where we could see them both... told him that we would be leaving as this was not the correct policy. We went to the Newport location, where they changed the tvs and made sure we were aware that bdubs is here for that reason, that accommodating customers was the goal.
