Got carry out. Food was ice cold. Missing an order of tots. We don't live but 10 minutes from restaurant. Food would not be ice cold. Picked food up a little before the order pick up time.

This is my spot while I'm at work especially when I have down time. This particular day. My waitress was okay. The food was okay as well nothing to complain about. Anyone that read post I'm 💯. My problem I have is another waitress come with guest behind asking why I'm sweating? Now I could've went off but I didn't. I choice to let to manager know about her behavior and that was totally unprofessional to ask a customer that is eating why are you sweating. Now when I got there it was warm. This waitress laugh like oh okay. I told the manager about this situation I honestly believe nothing got said to her because he look shock. I also said what if I had a medical condition that would offend another person. I said medical condition or not your staff don't have no business saying it in the first place. I also I will be giving a review about this..

I very rarely leave reviews I am a Manager at a Restaurant and I know how it is sometimes but this was by far the worst experience ever . We walked in got seated fairly quickly our server came over got our drinks and was sat a 6 top she totally ignored us and the party had their food before she even took our order she walked passed us several times as well as other servers and no one ever stoped. My husband ask what was the wing sauces and she told us but when hissing came out they were wrong so we asked someone walking passed oh we haven’t had that sauce in weeks so you don’t even tell us just give us a replacement of what you think we would like the gentleman that delivered our food was rude when I told him we ordered wedges he brings out fries and they then put them on my bill still no server then we see her she was sat another 6 top and we knew we were never going to get refills or boxes we waited 20 mins for a check mind you the place was not busy and absolutely no team work regardless if it’s your table or not their Buffalo Wild Wings guests and should be taken care of. Never was I asked if something was wrong with my food I took 1 bite and it sat there it was cold the bread was so hard the meat was dry and our fries were cold along with the wedges I will not be going back to this location with the amount of employees that were there we should have been taken care.

It would have gotten 5 across the board but the service was really bad she sat My boyfriend and he told her he was waiting on me and she's like well what do you want to drink what does she want to drink say he ordered drink she brought those didn't ask about appetizers nothing so when she finally came back she I said I want to get this appetizer and she just looked at me crazy I'm like well you never came back for me to ask so I ordered the advertiser and our dinner at the same time and my appetizer and my dinner came out my boyfriend's was about 15 minutes later we couldn't find her for anything we asked for to go boxes couldn't find her had to go get our own she never came back out we still tipped her very well but her service was horrible we couldn't find her she didn't ask about appetizers she was just a horrible server and then while we're sitting there there's somebody sleeping the floor around us why we're eating and then two girls over in the corner by the pop machine to set there the whole time just the whole time did nothing but sat there couldn't find our server she didn't deliver our food even the kitchen did so the food was amazing the service is horrible

Not sure what it is about this location but it’s far better than the others nearby. Service is always very friendly, especially when sitting at the bar, and the burger is honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. We usually try to stick with non chain restaurants but keep coming back to this particular location! Angie is the best server!
