The waiter served us our drinks, and it was a good half hour before he came back to take our order. After our food arrived (luke warm), we didn't see our waiter again. Ended up asking another server if they could get us our check. * There we only 5 other customers at the time of our meal*

I was honestly so excited to be able to order some wings and fries and get my grub on, then the food arrives and I'm jumping up and down ready for saucy wings and I open the bag to soggy cold fries half coated boneless wings and absolute no ranch bro how am I supposed to eat these dry wings without ranch bro not cool. Quite the upsetting ordeal

Great food and wonderful service, as always! And so many sports to watch everywhere you look!

Brady (with the earrings) the server helped us a lot and i am so incredibly grateful for his amazing work. We could not have had a better server. Didn’t lace us with fent.

I am at the fort right location and my server Brady was the best server I have ever experienced in my entire life his attitude was great and he checked on us frequently made this the single best dine in experience I have ever had

Brady was a fantastic server, very patient and very funny. Great guy. Food was good too. Won some ducks too.

Traditional wings lunch was great.

I have no clue why we ALWAYS have an issue when coming to this location. We order extra wet = no sauce at all, we order 10 wings = 9 wings in the box. This happens so much that we go to Newport if we can. Anytime we give this location another try, we’re disappointed. I hate to leave reviews, but this is too frequent to just overlook it.

Stopped at the fort wright location on veteran day for some wings and was sick the entire next day. Last time I’ll go there

It wasn't very busy, but our server seemed extremely overwhelmed. I get that, being former service industry as a server, bartender and eventually a manager. What I don't get is how me and the rest of my party all got the same beers, and they were all different colors. I was willing to accept it and made light of it. I ordered a Mich Ultra the next round and got something that looked like Sam adams mixed with soap and Miller Lite. It didn't smell like it should be drank. The lines could need a good cleaning. When the food came out, it was all wrong, but we let it slide because we were hungry and in a hurry. I brought it up to the server and he asked if we wanted it remade. Not after waiting 40 minutes for it. The bathroom had what looked like poop on the ground. I'll never visit that location ever again.

Had a sorry side or wedges with my All-American burger. Wings also came out with the sauce dried up. Very disappointing when you tryna take someone on a date & you hype up the place, for the food to make you look like a lair.

Got my wings to go. They took about 3 minutes longer than estimated time but man they were the freshest wings I have ever had and staff was phenomenal I'll be back. Update must depend on what day you go got wings to go from here again they were cold and so I went back in an had them remade and waited 15 minutes for my whole order to be remade only for it to be cold again... wound up just taking it on the chin an leaving. Kinda disappointed.

Complete garbage. $30 for 20 wings at 4:30 in the afternoon that tasted like they were left over from lunch. Shame on you.
