On 1/20, I went through the drive-thru on my way to my Labrador Sport’s 4th of 5 chemotherapy treatments. I asked for a pup cup with my meal and was told they no longer offer them. I then asked to purchase a milkshake with only whipped cream, or whipped cream on the side both requests were refused. I went inside, explained the situation, and was again flatly refused. The only option offered was a cup to scrape whipped cream off the top of a milkshake myself. I was willing to pay and simply wanted to do something small to make a hard day easier. The lack of flexibility and compassion was disappointing and left me feeling unheard as a customer.

I expect excellence from Chick-fil-A. A large waffle fry in a paper bag can be problematic because the waffle fries when in the bag can create the bag to become compromised. My waffle fries became floor fries when my bag ripped. Learn from penn station and bag them separate.

Chick-fil-a is usually amazing in customer service however this particular location is not up to normal standards. We have had mistakes here in the past but today they messed up our order twice (and it was literally 2 shakes and nuggets). No apologies which would have gone a long way in how I feel right now. Not planning on coming back to this location.
