The employee was polite, but this location wouldn’t accept my Dairy Queen discount code because it didn’t have a barcode. Nothing in the promotion said a barcode was required—just the code—so I didn’t expect an issue.
I’m a broke college student and had been saving this for a little treat day. Instead of paying the $10 I planned, I ended up having to spend almost $20, which honestly ruined the whole point. If this store can only take barcodes, that needs to be clearly posted so customers don’t get blindsided at the register.
Just a warning to others: don’t rely on promo codes at this location unless it’s a scannable barcode.
This place sucks. They are always super skimpy with their toppings. Today I got the new Frosted Sugar Cookie blizzard which is supposed to have sugar cookies and sprinkles, and there wasn’t a sprinkle in sight. Also, if you want to substitute one ingredient for another, they up charge you. The other DQ’s I’ve been to don’t do this. I’m just going to stop going here.
This Dairy Queen ice cream tasted like whipped cream, it had a really weird texture too like whipped cream, not sure if the machine is messed up today or if they make it that way on purpose but definitely didn’t taste like ice cream, usually all the DQ ice cream’s taste the same.

Great but... but young cashier acted like he had never heard of a 'senior discount'

I absolutely love this location! The owners are often there, and they’re always pleasant and welcoming. Every menu option is always available, and I’m greeted with smiles every time I visit. Truly a great spot!

Don’t waste your time at this restaurant. It is the worst DQ around you order a blizzard and you order extra they never give you extra. Turns out to be just vanilla ice cream. I’ve had to take back I don’t know how many blizzards this time they’ve lost a Customer for good.
Decent place to grab a bite to eat fast. Noone can beat DQs ice cream!

Service wasn't fast, but average; I wasn't waiting in line for long. Employees were very nice when communicating with them. The food, however, the 6-piece chicken basket I ordered wasn't as good as the other chicken baskets I ordered in the past from other Dairy Queens. Pretty sure I got more than 6 tenders, although half of them were kinda small and resembled nuggets than tenders. The toast and fries were simply not good; the toast was nearly as hard as a rock, even though it wasn't burnt, and the fries were the same. Did they serve me toast and fries that were left out for a long time? Or overcooked? Certainly my worst order I had from Dairy Queen as of this review. I'm sure it's nearly impossible to mess up the ice creams, but my dinner was very disappointing.

I had an outstanding experience at this Dairy Queen that truly deserves recognition. I accidentally pulled up to the drive-thru about 5 minutes after closing (completely my fault for not checking the hours). All the lights were already off, but as I was driving by the window, the manager kindly flagged me down with a big smile.
He let me know they were closed, but said he was happy to still help and serve. I felt bad for keeping him late, but he insisted that he wanted us to be happy. That kind of genuine customer service is so rare these days and left a lasting impression on me.
Huge credit to the management here—this kind of attitude speaks volumes about how much they care about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend this location!

Whelp, we usually visit wilder and never have any issues but we were in the area and I wanted a mixing bowl mashup blizzard. Husband ordered a caramel moolate. Both of ours was just vanilla ice cream with a very little little hint of any flavor. Threw it away. Read the reviews afterwards and realized this is a common problem here. Avoid and go to wilder instead!
The Chicken strips are hot and fresh. The fries are good but the portion is very small. The place seemed pretty clean to me. I don't think there is a pest issue as one person on multiple accounts has claimed. We will definitely return!

Came in to celebrate the kids first day back to school. Ordered a mixing bowl Mashup blizzard, something about it tasted off like it was soured or spoiled. When we confronted the woman working the counter she offered zero help, did not offer to remake it or a substitute. I would understand that had the product been mostly gone. 2 bites had been taken.

I ordered a small vanilla ice cream in a cup for my grandson and was very clear about it being very lightly sprinkled. I couldn't have been more adamant about making sure the person working the drive thru understood that I meant very little sprinkles. We pull up to the window and a older man tried to hand me a completely covered with sprinkles ice cream. I explained and he took it back no problem. Here's the problem, he took it back and then he handed me, what looked like he just scraped off the sprinkles and it still had too many sprinkles. I then said, I'll have one with no sprinkles . He assured me that he could make it with very little sprinkle and I agreed. He took it back and scraped AGAIN. The audacity?! I had a small twist cone that day and it tasted watered down. It was very airy. Needless to say, this place left a very, very bad taste in my mouth and will never give them another dime.
The lady in the drive through was very nice!
