Booking said $50 property deposit. Make online reservation and then get to check in which took 45 minutes and they said that was $100. Apparently they changed it 2 weeks ago. Given weed smelling nasty noisy room 103 and it was so close to the highway we couldn’t hear ourselves think. Bathroom had used toilet paper on the toilet seat and someone forgot to flush. Moved into 219 and all the lights from the business across the street were so bright we couldn’t sleep. Room was nasty and old and the television didn’t work. Traffic outside was terrible still. After lying in bed trying to sleep the people outside the room were so loud and at 6am the kid’s screaming and running around the hotel were too much. We got up and left. Asked to get a refund and he just stared at us and said Jeff would be in at 3.Staff is incompetent. Rooms are trash. Breakfast was nonexistent and the photos are lies. The hotel is a dump. We are still trying to get a refund.

I stayed here for a birthday trip 10/13/2023-10/15/2023 i was accompanied by my mother and a close friend when we we arrived about 1:30pm check in wasnt until 3. When we first arrived we checked in early and we were charged a extra $20 for a early check in fee.We were put in a room on the 2nd floor that was a smoking room when we requested for non smoking. the room was smoky and smelled like someone had freshly smoked in there and the room hadnt been cleaned yet. We then asked to be moved to another room they did accommodate for that. We were then placed in a room on the 1st floor and the room door lock was broken so the room was not secure. When I asked to get moved again the lady at the front desk which was a nice lady got with one of the house keepers to come check on the door. I showed them the door did not lock so we did not feel SAFE in the room and they tried to act like they didnt want to move us. or had any other rooms a available. I told them very firmly we didnt feel safe in a hotel room that didnt lock securely and we were all woman. So then again we had to get moved to another room down the hall. This was a big incovience for us because my mother is disabled. I requested for a refund of the $20 they charged us for the EARLY CHECK IN due to all of the issues and we didnt get to actually enjoy the extra time in the room they charged us for as a early check in. The lady that works the front desk said she would check on it with her manager and we never got a response back for our refund or all of the issues we experienced. we couldnt find another hotel due to other places being booked and it was last minute.Rooms: the rooms are in bad condition and abry cleaned

This hotel was awful. The service sucked. They had all their ice machines unplugged so you wasn't allowed to have any ice. Their beds were like laying on a piece of plywood with springs under it. The water smelled like it was full of bleach and the tub was disgusting and had paint peeling with stains all inside of it. Between the water and the look of the tub I refuse to get in it to take a shower.Overall if I could give this place zero stars I would. You all need to do better because this is ridiculous. Especially considering you all had your ice machines unplugged.

They just kicked someone out for smoking in room but come on everyone else is doing it lol the guy is an a$$ I hope this place get shut down I don't feel safe while here and the tub has paint coming up and the hair dryer doesn't have a box on from getting you shocked over all 0 stars worse place. DONT COME HERE GET THEM SHUT DOWN

Obviously they are under renovations which is fine, I saw some people complain. Ive stayed quite awhile. My only complaint was the older white gentleman that works there. He has worked there her over 20 years he said. But there have been times that the person working the front desk will let me grab a bowl or plate from the breakfast area, and sometimes will let me get cereal during the day. I did it when he was working and he was so rude to me about how he does not allow that and then proceeded to throw two bowls of perfectly good cereal in the trash. In the trash... When there are homeless people starving all over the Nation and the world. That really really upset me. Seems he always has something to say and I'm not sure why. I have had no issues with bed bugs and the renovations are not an issue. It's a good place to stay for the money. My only issue would be the older white guy as I feel he needs to learn how to treat people better. You don't bring your bad day to work with you, you leave it at the door. Other than that great for the price. Housekeeping is sweet as can be and deserves to be tipped, the majority of the staff is wonderful. Definitely not as other reviews have described it. They gave me no issues with my service dog although they are a pet free facility. They didn't charge me for him but he does have papers stating he is a service dog, although they didn't make a big deal if I didn't have it readily available which I did. But we lost our home due to an unfortunate accident, trying to get back on my feet and I am so thankful for a nice cozy room with a nice big bed. Definitely would stay again. (I want to add my experience has been staying at your hotel other than that issue. I appreciate the fast response. And I truly would recommend this place)Rooms: Nice and cozy. Nice desk and chair. Nice drawers to put your close in. Either and cozy chair or couch. tv. ComfortableSafety: Definitely feel safe. Have triple locks on the door and the side doors lock at a certain time.Walkability: Wouldn't recommend walking too the facility but the inside is fine aside from some stairs possiblyFood & drinks: They sell pop and drinks as well as snacks down stairs.Noteworthy details: No elevator at the moment

This place sucked. I would have been less upset if I had been more mentally prepared for it to suck this bad. Located in a nice neighborhood with well kept homes and businesses, this is not a "truck stop" location, but don't let that placate you. The lobby of this hotel looks somewhat recently renovated, at least "There Was an Attempt" and the rooms APPEAR to be accessed from the inside of the building. The guy at the front desk on the evening of 2/16/24 was very nice, efficient, and I'd like to give him a shout out. That's where the good feelings ended.I booked a "King, Lower Studio" as the description included "Sofa Bed, sitting area" implying it was a slightly more spacious room.It was not.It didn't have a sofa bed or any type of sitting area- it was a King Bed in a nasty, possibly smaller-than-standard size room. Apparently "Lower Studio" means you have the pleasure of accessing your room from the outdoors and it faces the pool. What a treat in February. So do your research and make sure you understand what the terminology refers to before you book a room.Room itself was gross. There were two cleaning rags left on the sink. The floor was sticky and I wouldn't walk barefoot on it. You could hear everything coming and going. We were already running behind for the event we traveled for, so we just stayed to sleep and dealt with it.This place would have been far more tolerable had I been traveling by myself and already had a vision that it would be a garbage dump. But the room didn't match the description I booked and paid for, and the hotel itself is much worse off than the neighborhood it is in. Don't be fooled.

Simple accommodation with ease of check-in and check out. They are under remodeling so that caught us a bit off guard. Location was perfect.

Was not a good experience at all. The room was far from clean. It looked as if it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. The staff was not very friendly either. Will no return. There are much better rooms for the same or even lower pricing.

This hotel appears as if it is still under renovation. The renovation work that was completed looks like it was done very cheaply. Our room was disgusting. Toenails were found on the bathroom floor, the carpet was not vacuumed and the sheets had stains on them. The toilet tank would only fill if the top of the tank was removed and the plug was pushed down. We had originally booked two nights and checked out early due to the unsanitary conditions of the hotel. If I could give this hotel negative stars I would. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Clean and spacious rooms. But bad service. The ice machine doesn't work. The breakfast is very poor, there is not enough, some things are not there, very few tables, few staff. There is a lot of noise from outside that comes from the avenue nearby. It wasn't very to my liking. It's okNearby activities: Very close to the Aquarium

I don’t even want to give this place one star. Bed bugs ate us up and then they charged my debit card three different times. I’m still not able to bring in my suitcases or clothes because I’m afraid they might have bugs on them.

Tucked away but within easy distance of highway. Quiet, nice, clean room. Had plenty of space for a workout. Nice shower. We helped an old and fragile gentleman. The desk attendant did not even offer to help but let us carry luggage for the man, perhaps because he was the only person manning the front desk. My husband walked the man upstairs carrying some of his stuff. Breakfast was the usual. Piles of gluten. The orange juice was horrible. It did not even resemble juice. But I was told the waffles were good.

Bed bug carcasses on the beds. We never slept there and slept in the car.
