I LIVE for this Dunkin location. I always do a mobile pick up so I can get through quickly, and only on a very rare occasion am I there for more than 5 minutes. The staff is so nice!!! Convinced they were poached right from like, a Chick Fil A. They also get my drink right every time, AND I get a matcha and it’s always actually dissolved and doesn’t have powder at the bottom. They really make my mornings. Highly recommend!

I honestly hate giving bad reviews but this is the worst operated business I’ve ever been too, I honestly don’t think they even use code just creamer and slightly warm milk. And with how many one star reviews I’m glad I’m not the only one… does corporate even care!

It would be great if their lazy employees didn’t park in all the parking spots. Its truly is a hassle to park in the parking lot next door and walkover to pick items.

Why would anyone think it's ok to send out a half cup of coffee to a customer? You knew it wasn't right when you did it!! This location needs some serious help or employees that actually care

I honestly never do bad reviews but I’m beyond irritated. Placed a mobile order. As soon as I get in line at the speaker, the employee seems very unhappy which is whatever but they state “we’re working on it”. I pull around to the window and get handed my “drink”. I ordered a large HOT latte. Instead I was given a small, lukewarm latte in a large cup. This is absolutely ridiculous for what this drinks cost. And really it’s not about the money, it’s the principle.

I hate that we lost a delicious small business sub shop to a less than mediocre excuse of a chain coffee shop. Stupid me has given them one too many chances out of convenience. Again today I order a medium hot mocha, which is supposed to be 14oz per the website and got home and it measured at 10oz. This coffee place has now shorted me the equivalent of a medium coffee because I’ve been dumb enough to go here 3 times now. This time they were also out of blueberry muffins, so my whole order has been less than stellar. I’ve even reached out to the company bout them shorting the coffee and they don’t care that they over charge their customers.

Zero stars but it won't let me do that..... but ZERO because why am I standing at the walk up window for 10 minutes, staring at my grubhub order, & not a single employee tried to help, open the window, nothing. They just kept looking at me and walking away.... no one even opened the window.

It is the 3rd day in a row that the bottom of my coffee cup is filled with coffee grounds. What is up Fort Wright?? Why is this happening at this location ONLY. I wish I could tag a picture of the mess I was drinking this afternoon. It’s so annoying!! Do better!

First review I've ever left in my life, and I'm doing it while sitting in the drive through, it's only 6:50 a.m. with 2 cars...but we have already waited 10+ minutes... nevermind two days ago when it took 30 minutes and I was trapped in the first lane and couldn't move. And this has become a normal thing for Dunkin. Countless orders wrong and the convenience is not worth it nor am I willing to give my money any longer to an establishment who literally can't work, don't work.

This Dunkin, like most, never makes your coffee the same every time you go. I went this morning and asked for my usual iced coffee with a small amount of cream. What did they give me? They gave me milk in a cup with a dash of coffee! It ruined my morning. I then try to call and ask for a refund because I am late for work and no answer. Am I going to wait in the line again for 20+ mins? Avoid this Dunkin and go down the street to Reality Tuesday and enjoy good customer service and delicious coffee!
