Definitely one of the worst dunkins I've ever been to. They always forget a food item causing you to have to go back through to get it. The coffee is some of the WORST. Its either burnt or sour tasting. How is it brand new and this terrible?!

Today’s date is October 30, 2024. I just got off the phone with Kathy after the gentleman who initially picked the phone up told me they cook their turkey sausage with their pork sausage today. Well this morning I went and got me a donut and a turkey sausage, egg and cheese croissant with some hash brown little things And all of a sudden I feel like I need to call 911. This is the feeling of a food allergy a pork food allergy. I called them to ask do they cook this with their pork and the gentleman did not hesitate and said yes we throw them in the same oven. I said wow what is your name and can I speak to the manager? He didn’t give me his name. He got quiet And put Kathy on the phone. I told Kathy that I am on my way to the hospital because you put you’re non-pork products together with your pork products and now I’m on my way to fight for my life asked her the gentleman‘s name since she started denying , what I already know and what the gentleman already told me this is crazy. Why would you cook non-pork products with pork products not only for people with religious, but I’m really allergic to pork. Thank you Dunkin’ Donuts told her I’ll be up there with my mom and my lawyer later she tried not to tell me her name again after I told her all of this

The first couple of online orders were perfect!! But then im not sure what happened. Someone else grabbed our order, and it wasn't correct she was charged for the online order. They never asked for a name, so they handed the wrong order out. I had to go back and get the correct order and refund. At this point, it's been over an hour. They refused to remake my order and didn't give me my munkin donuts. I've tried multiple times to get ahold of someone to correct the wrong I've dealt with, but I couldn't get anywhere. So I probably won't be back to the dunkin at that location.

Every time I go to this location they screw me! Either my coffee is too strong and i get It sweet! Or my bagel is burnt today is the last day I’ll ever go to them thinking this place is new and it’ Convenient because it’s closer to my house no i rather go to Florence because they never mess up and coffee is always perfect and this local cost more! Never again I’m not a happy pregnant person this morning thanks to whoever thought it was ok to give out a burnt bagel like i dont Want all my teeth!

i made an online order and when i went to pick it up the worker gave me my drink and said my food was being made, a few mins later a different girl came to the window with a bag and said “what are you waiting for” i told her my food and she handed me the bag when in the moment i didn’t realize that i was missing my box of munchkins so i went back to get them the girl at the window asked me which donuts i didn’t want it in once i got home and opened it i seen she put every donut i said i didn’t want into the box and i then again realized i didn’t get the rest of my food that was on my order.

Whoever the manager is must be the coolest manager ever, because every time I go to order, they are having a party and have to ask me multiple times to repeat my order. Then, they STILL get it wrong. I’d expect this from high schoolers but these are grown adults acting like children.

Everyone runs on Dunkin ! Very busy , but fast friendly service .

I love Dunkin!! I’m so happy there’s a new one! Today I went for the first time. I was full of life.
Unfortunately the drive thru. Nick? It says on my receipt. The greeting was very unwelcoming and I almost didn’t order! I could have done a great job!! I love customers. This person doesn’t.
And my drink, the signature latte; is bad. Terrible taste! Disappointing.

Nice new Dunkin Donuts drive-thru......here is the donut I received. Was not left in the car. This is the way it came out, but I had already driven away before opening the box. No way I was going back in that line of cars to return it. Get your act together!
