Hate to do it. But what a bad experience at this place. Why have mobile order if you have to wait in the same lines for 15-20 minutes then end up penalized by having mobile ordered because your cold brew ice has melted and it’s now a watered down, horrible tasting coffee. Also, shorted on donut order. Very unpleasant experience, horrific design and flow for a newer location.
Would highly recommend not wasting your time with this place

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this Dunkin’ has been consistently disappointing. My orders are wrong almost every time. They charge extra for whipped cream but never actually put it on the drink. The food is often burnt and tastes stale, and the donuts are either smashed or destroyed when I get them. It’s frustrating to spend money here and feel like quality and care aren’t a priority. I’ve tried giving them multiple chances, but the service and product quality just never improve.

Love the place and they ask to scan for your points and when you try to use your points they STEAL THEM FROM YOU, 900 at a time, when you don't complete a order your points should be there, Nope not Dunkin Donuts.. They need to make their slogan... We want your money and Steal your points where you will come back and spend more money... I'm done with the place, Starbucks here i come and Krispy Cream....

Excellent as always. Food is as expected doughnuts yummy, holes are delicious, avocado toast with bacon is my favorite. Coffee LG hot, 4 cream, 4 French vanilla always go to. It's a drive thru so your car is your atmosphere. Always quick always friendly service. Can't go wrong with Dunkin' time.
