I usually go to newport but since I was in the area I went here. The lady barely put any food in my bowl very disappointed with the service here. She acted like she hated her job I won't be back

It’s been years since I’ve had hot heads, and I think it’ll that long before I go back again if ever. I asked for it smothered, which is extra money for the queso on top that’s fine. Got steak for the protein. First the guy scooped the meat portion than shook it off to get even less on the burrito. Hate when they do that. Got my toppings added in, he went to put the queso on top and it was a pitiful amount. I asked to put a little more then got charged for double queso so I got 4 dollars with of queso for what I consider an extremely small portion for what I paid for. 17.54 to still be hungry after.

I went to try a different location this time after another 24 hour fast. Chicken, brown rice beans and veggies - yum! I tried a new sauce, I think it was avocado lime.

Everything was fresh and since I did the build your own it was perfect for my needs

Dietary restrictions: They already have menus with keto and vegetarian options if you need help. I find the build your own working the best for me to truly customize my meal.

Last night, I ordered a bowl toasted. They didn't toast the bowl when I called and mentioned it they said they turned off the oven, and they said you could toast it at home. Today I realized they are right I can toast it at home I also have rice at home, beans ,chicken , lettuce bowls and tortillas. So why am I even going to you?

I love this Hot heads. It's my favorite one. It's the only one that gives you a fair portion of food anymore. The staff is almost always on top of their game. However I have one complaint. The pop machine is the most disgusting thing in a restaurant. It looks as if it's never been cleaned. I've never seen it clean since I started going there 5 years ago. I still use it. But it reallt needs cleaned. When I worked at a restaurant 25 years ago we have to clean the pop machine every night. I thought it was a board of health rule. Maybe it's changed. But please clean it.... I'm not even a germaphobe and I think it gross. I can't imagine how others feel. I know it's probably a pain in the butt to clean. But it definitely needs done. I'm surprised the board of health has not made you clean it yet.

Been coming here for years, at least once a week. The food is always great however the older lady (I assume the manger has rubbed me the wrong way more than once.) she is the only one that has charged me for a side of sauce, or will not take my coupons. (The other employees are glad to) Today I had a $2 coupon over $10. My total was $10.55 and she said oh we can’t accept this because it has to be $10 before tax. I was at $9.95…it never says anything on the coupon about that. And the coupons don’t have a barcode so all they do is take it off themselves. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars a year at this place you would think she could make my total $10 or just take it off like any other employee has done in the past. Like I said, food is great and all the other employees are great but she has made me not want to come back.
