Hot Head Burritos

My daughter and I got a coupon for a buy one get one free large entree at HOT HEAD'S. Neither of us had ever eaten there so we decide try it tonight.
Let's start by saying when we walked in we were greeted by a man(who looked to be in training) and a woman that was training him(I'm guessing she was the manager). I told them that we had never been there before and we needed a couple of minutes to look over the menu. The woman looked so annoyed. I glanced at her several times while I was trying to decide and her scowl was unwavering. My daughter(12yrs old) had a question about the cilantro. The guy in training tried his best to answer but, the woman provided none of her obvious expertise.
Clearly, I wasn't impressed with service. Sometimes that can be overlooked when you know the product you're getting is good. However, that wasn't the case. The food is way overpriced for the food we recieved. I paid $26 for 2 steak power bowls which is nearly what I would pay for the same thing at Chipotle. Mind you, I had a coupon for a free entree that I was told had already been deducted. I checked the screen several times at check out thinking I was reading the screen wrong. On my receipt it says -$10.48 for a bogo large entree. I can not even imagine paying full price for this food. $35.98 for what we ended up with is astronomical. The food was warm. The servings are small. The steak looks like processed hamburger meat. The guacamole looks and tastes like it came from a pre packaged bag. I only have Chipotle to compare HOT HEAD'S to. HOT HEAD'S is greatly lacking in food quality and customer experience.

Food Quality is good but the quantity of what you get for a bowl had greatly decreased. I used to struggle to put a lid on it but now there's ample room to shake it all together without taking a bite. Staff is not friendly and was hiding in the back and immediately returned to the back after fixing the order. Looks like I'm try a new place in the future.

Always loved coming here but noticed the portions have been cut in half almost the size of a kid bowl but paying for adult sized. Along with staff always look like they are upset they even have people coming in.

I finally tried it and the young lady making my food was so rude then proceeded to drop my bowl on the counter then the young man beside her maybe a manager she deferred to him in the drop whereas he then scooped it back into the container right off the counter and handed it to me needless to say I guess I'm back to Chipotle

Waaaay better than Chipotle. Bigger portions, just about on par or maybe a little cheaper give and take than Chipotle as well, and it just tastes more fresh, especially the tortillas, they're actually soft and warm here unlike chipotle who for some reason gives you the stalest tortilla known to man. Spicy steak is amazing, the roja salsa is awesome, queso is delicious. Service is also very good, usually I come near close (forgive me) because I get off work in the evening, but there is usually a woman there and she is very friendly and gives out generous portions there. One night I was there they were just about out of steak for the night, so the man that was on shift ended up giving me the rest of the steak, but ALSO a heaping amount of another meat, which I chose chicken. Those two combined probably made it one of the best burritos ive had. I really don't like Chipotle if you can tell.
