Last night I had the best experience at this location in Fort Wright!! HAILE and the staff that was working on Tuesday September 2nd was the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! We originally were going to the one closest to us in Florence and they told us they SHUT THE OVEN OFF 45 MINS BEFORE CLOSING BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T APPARENTLY FEEL LIKE WORKING.....AND TOLD US TO TRY THE ONE IN FORT WRIGHT!! SOOOO HAPPY DID!! MY FAMILY AND I WILL DRIVE THE EXTRA DISTANCE THANKS TO THE AMAZING STAFF AND HAILE!!! THEY WELCOMED US AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!! OUR ORDER WAS 200$ BIG ORDER RIGHT BEFORE WE CLOSED AND THEY DIDN'T MAKE US FEEL GUILTY!! SHE EVEN MADE SURE WE WERE AWARE OF THE SPECIAL OFFERS THEY WERE HAVING!!! SHE EVEN INCLUDED THE PLATES AND EVERYTHING WAS HOT AND FRESHH!!! SOOOO HAPPY

Definitely have the right people working here, super fast very courteous and friendly food was done fast and still taste amazing. This is my new lunch spot. Wow! I'm telling you the service was amazing. The food was amazing. Well worth many more visits.

Called to have an order delivered , no driver , no biggie , so I thought I'd do pickup . Made my order , and ask the manager to make sure my salad had toppings . Because last time I pretty much just got lettuce . So he said he finds that very hard to believe . Basically I got called a liar . By some arrogant young boy . I hate dealing with arrogant kids . So I will be calling corporate tomorrow. Why is it these young kids want to argue with people, over something so trivial . Instead of saying hey , I'll take care of that , your a good customer. This is the second time , this has happened at this store , not same problem, but an arrogant little kid

We got the Detroit style pizza and it was pretty good. The prices are about the same as other pizza places in the same category but the pizza was a little better.

Ordered 6 pizzas and salad for a birthday party. Everything was perfect and everyone was so friendly when I called to add on from the original order. The salad was so fresh, cold and good. Very generous with the dressing. Will definitely be our go to from now on

Placed a delivery order on Jets website directly, to avoid the upcharge and fees third party services use. Third partys also have poor customer service. Found out AFTER the order was placed that they were sending it through door dash. There was no mention of this in the ordering process.
I'm a regular there, and they get my order right, faster than any other pizza place, and the workers that are there now are the best people to get to know.

Ordered a pizza. turbo sticks and a chocolate chip cookie pizza. The pizza was okay. The Bread was sooooo dry and over cooked and they didn’t give me my pizza sauce. Ordered a chocolate chip cookie and they gave me some kind of confetti cookie smh. Was our first time trying jets…not impressed.
