So I ordered my pizza with green peppers when I went to go pick it up. It had jalapeño peppers on it. I asked the young lady can you just add green peppers I didn’t even care about the jalapeño peppers I could’ve picked them off . she said she would ask, but a man came from the back and accuse me of ordering wrong. He assumed I ordered it online which I didn’t. I called it in , even after he found out it was their mistake. He still refused to put green peppers on the pizza.. he even could have gave me a side of green peppers. I would’ve put it on myself when I got home… he was just so rude about it and it was their mistake. That’s what upset me was the rudeness ..I even had to prove to him that I didn’t order online he came back from the kitchen and said we make the pizzas the way it’s on the ticket.. I politely had to tell him I didn’t order online. I called it in so obviously whoever took my order hit the wrong key hit jalapeño peppers instead of green peppers. I even said no big deal. Just give me some green peppers I can pick the jalapeños off. But he wouldn’t do that for me even though it was your workers mistake

Fast! Ordered online, and ready in 20 minutes!picked up with a friendly guy who reviewed my order with me before handing me the goods!Yum....just Yum! Got the Large 3-topping special Detroit Style, with Pepperoni, Sausage and Mushroom. Tangy sauce and just the right amount of it...stringy creamy cheese...the bake was perfect because the Pepp had just a bit of char and curled edges, large chunks of Sausage, and juicy Mushrooms...and the crust????....it's the star of the entire Pizza!!! This crust is the reason this Pizza should be every NKY resident's guilty pleasure!
The food is always good but the service, lackluster. Even calling in the order over an hour early for a pickup time still was not greeted upon entry for a few minutes and waited another 15 for my food. :(

Really doesn't have an atmosphere it's pretty much a hall with some chairs to the register, but it was clean. This pizza is always amazing and a crowd pleaser. The staff is friendly and helpful.

One of the worst experiences I have had was jets pizza text to order.They messed up my pizza no big deal I was chill I just asked for my money back and was told they are unable to refund me due to it being a 3rd party site that they partner with.I never leave reviews but I am upset with this...
