place is hit or miss but majority of the time a miss/ everything is bland now. They don't know how to cook a sub with cheese and seasoning and a decent portion of chicken god forbid

Spent 56$ got one sub doused in mayo and grease. And asked fr extra pizza sauce on the other and didn’t get any pizza sauce. Fries were cold and old. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Friendly staff, good food. Keep it up
Derrick was absolutely amazing! Every team member that met my eye had a smile, Derrick came to our table and every other table and made sure the food was good. The team got our food quickly and brought our food to the table and while we were here they made sure it was clean and wiped tables . It’s not often you get this level of customer service!
Cook asked 3 separate times what my order was, it was a simple cheese steak.
Service was good veteran owned and operated
Came to enjoy a sandwich and the guy working the register was rude and not professional. I guess they just hire anybody because this is the second time I’ve had a problem with someone working the register. If you don’t like your job lame quit
This is the dirtiest Pen Station in nky. Service was extremely slow and the order was cold after a wait . Buttermilk crossing in crescent springs is way better. Corp needs to do some major house cleaning at valley plaza. Absolutely pathetic.
The manager Greg, who was taking orders is extremely rude & has a smart mouth. While I was complaining about how rude he is, the lady in front of me said he was extremely rude to her also. The girl who cashed me out however, Kyana (thats whos name is on the reciept) was very kind & had great customer service skills! Food was alright
This penn station is a 🤣 joke!!!!! Ive been coming to this location for years since it's conveniently located by my residence. The past two years this place seriously gone down hill. The past 5 times ive been there order has been screwed up. Its either cold or the bacon isnt cooked, put sauce on my sandwich when I asked for none. So I went to another location (Buttermilk Pike) spoke to the manager there told him about my horrible experiences he apologized and gave me a lemonade and a cookie. I get home and my sandwich has sauce on it. I couldn't believe it 😂 I called the store to tell him my sandwich was wrong and all I got was a busy signal. Ihave decided that I will never go to Penn station again and that makes me real sad because this was my favorite restaurant 😞

There was a bone in our food... I tried to contact them a week ago and I have not received a reply.
UPDATE: I tried to contact them like they told me to and no one has reached out :/

Should’ve known how bad the sandwich was going to be once I walked in. I looked around at the fireman. There was holes in the wall tape on the wall, covering whoever painted was terrible. The floor is greasy, but anyway, my sandwich, one of the saddest things I’ve ever eaten, I’ve gotten a simple BLT the bread was undercooked. I got two pieces of bacon two pieces four tomatoes little bit of lettuce and some mayonnaise and then hit me with the price for almost $20 was insane. I’m sorry I got a small fry as well. Needless to say, I do not recommend this place. Don’t waste your money.

Worst one to go to! I placed an online order paid and all, to come inside to show proof of my order because the staff didn’t know what I ordered. It’s not even busy nor smells like food walking in so I should have known not to get food at this location. From the staff to the food horrific!

Probably the best Penn station experience I've ever had. I don't know if I was just hungry or what but it was hitting on all eight cylinders.
