I ordered a pizza with pepperoni, but when it arrived, it had no pepperoni. When my husband called to correct the mistake, Shannon J, the manager, immediately became argumentative, insisting she was right and we were wrong, even though he was calm and polite. I was present during the call and personally heard the exchange, as well as how the order was made.
When I spoke with her myself to clarify and address the issue also, she again argued with me and then hung up on me. When I called back to speak with someone higher, Shannon J. stated that she is the highest authority at the location, leaving us no option but to report this to corporate. We have already reported this behavior to corporate, we will no longer be returning to this location!

We ordered 3 hoagies, pizza, and cinnabread. They only delivered 2 hoagies, and they were not even correct. Delivered the two hoagies at 7:25 then brought back the rest of the order at 7:40. Very disappointed in this service. Not hot nothing was fresh tasting. Not ordering from them anymore.

Fun & friendly staff. Delicious buffet. It is delicious pizzeria-quality food. I ate at lunch time.
The pasta & cream sauce with chopped bacon is great. (fresh chopped bell pepper was nice in it) The pizzas are very excellent. Some are thin crust, medium crust, & nice pan pizzas. There were a couple of dessert pizzas I didn’t eat today.
They’re not skimping on quality. Very fresh salad bar.

I came in at 1:30 to get the pizza buffet and was told I could not get it as they were getting ready to close it up. The sign outside and on the door says lunch buffet is til 2.. I've been going in for the buffet a few times a month but I probably won't be back..

I came into this restaurant spent around 45.00 dollars or so for a big beast pizza I got home and didn’t have any garlic butter I called and asked why I didn’t receive any garlic butter. I Normally go to independence snappy cause they have great service and always give 3 garlic butters with the purchase of our beast pizza. So I spoke to the manager Shannon at the location she swears they never give garlic butter unless you pay for it always. They didn’t tell me this at the restaurant or try to upsell me on the garlic butter. I will not be eating at this restaurant. Poor customer loses you business. She didn’t even try to fix the issue she just really didn’t give a crap.

Welcome to snappy tomato pizza where Gary saved my life. Remember 9.11? He personally clean jerked a beam off of my charred body. He offered a kidney to my cousin tho he'll deny it. He saved my life.
Gary's Pizza is responsible for solving the energy crisis and world hunger. No joke! Ote for Gary!! Gary pulled me out of a burning building and then went back for my cats. We still think about him. Oh and by the way, the pizza was great. They even named the choice pizza "the beast" after the great Gary. Come to this place it will change your life.
