Eat at texas roadhouse 3 or more times a month I always have the bone in ribeye loaded baked potato salad this was my first visit to the covington location steak was not good at all wasn't cooked as ordered potato cold steak had a off taste didn't taste the same as it usually does

Really gone downhill to be honest. Used to be better but they started cutting corners. Had to wait forever for food on Sunday then when it came out my chicken critters were tiny and cold. Had them before and they were much larger and fresher. I think they gave me the kids size and thought I wouldn’t notice. When I told my waitress instead of replacing them they just brought out two more tiny old chicken tenders and tried to explain that is how they always are when they didn’t even look like the picture on the website. From what I can see in other reviews the place really lacks quality control so whatever they make you get. Sometimes good and sometimes bad. Really unfortunate used to be good. Ruined date night.

We had a large group of ten, service, food and drinks were all great. Manger hitting tables haven’t been to a TexasRH in about 10 years. Have to say it will not be long again !

Waiter was awesome!! Their table seating system has bugs. Our 50 minute wait turned into 2 hours . HINT...get a pager from them so you don't get lost in the system!!! Don't trust the app or texting. Place is super noisy, no conversation is possible. Then they turned up the music so the wait staff could dance!!! I'll probably never go back..
The have an app to check in ahead of time so you don't need to wait so long which is great.
I love cactus blossoms aka deep fried onions with sauce lol.
They have truly excellent rolls with like a cinnamon honey butter or something that is also awesome.
And of course good steaks.
It is the closest steak house to my home with reasonable prices.

My family has been coming here since we moved to Kentucky in 2018. Unfortunately this year the food quality has dropping dramatically. This is really sad because Texas Roadhouse uses to be one of the only places that could make a great steak.
The wait staff is awesome, but the cooks and management both don't understand and don't care how the steaks turn out. I'm not sure if they got rid of the good cooks but whatever the issue is, it's sad the quality has gone so far down hill.
