Stopped by today with my wife. Our server Will was outstanding. Very thorough and friendly. Food was cooked exactly as ordered. Too much food in fact! TR is a very good value. For example, we like Bru Burger, but for less than the price of a Bru Burger with no sides, I had a 6 oz sirloin, a nice salad, a boatload of fries, and of course the great bread. No wonder the place is always packed!
One of the things that separates restaurants is Customer Service and this Texas roadhouse location is one of the best Customer Service experiences you’ll ever have every single waitress bartender manager goes above and beyond what a great place….
We had our best Texas Roadhouse experience yet tonight at this location. We had Jerry as our server and he went above and beyond for our table. He gave us refills and more bread without us even having to ask. Jerry was phenomenal. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. I have absolutely nothing negative to say.
