Kendall, our server was wonderful! Answered all of our questions and spot on for delivery of our food. My problem was our seating. Our reservation was for 5 pm, we arrived 15 minutes early and were promptly seated just outside an empty private room that they seated 6 people who became very loud! And then seated another group of 4 on our opposite side. I'm checking out this mostly empty restaurant scratching my head and wondering why.

Oh what a night!!! You walk into this quaint little restaurant not quite knowing what to expect. Reservations are expected and needed. The bar area is quite nice and the ambiance in the restaurant is truly Kentucky with Derby Cups and Paintings all over the wooden areas all over the restaurant. We sat at a table for 2 by the beautiful, stone fireplace and we were ecstatic about our seats. This is not a place to go to if you need to be out soon, this is an experience!! We had some of the best drinks I've ever had. They have an amazing bourbon menu and I took complete advantage of this. I had the Tournedos as a meal and my husband had the ribs and filet, aptly named the turf and turf. The food is excellent, but the real deal are the drinks, apps and sides!!! This place is quite expensive but worth the wait for reservations and a true experience. We will definitely go again.

Great business dinner here on a Monday night! Appreciate the staff giving us a big table and then having us trickle in over the course of 2 hours as all 7 of us arrived in from 7 different cities around the world. Cool live music, really friendly service, good meat - definitely had the meat sweats that night. Oysters Rockefeller, Brussels Sprouts, bourbon burnt ends - would order all of this again! They were also super flexible with my order b/c I wanted the filet mignon with Scallops and they were very accommodating. Their Old Fashioned comes standard with Buffalo Trace.

I took an exchange student there wish my family. He ordered steak. There was a piece of plastic melted onto the meat. Apologies were made but embarrassed. There was a second time that a piece of burlap was on a baked potato. I had been prob 15 times. I just find there are now better options.

We love Walt's. Whether it's a special occasion or just a quick date night, this is a great spot. The food is always amazing. Their burnt ends, truffle fries, ribs, salads, crab, lobster, steaks, and ribs are all some of the best around. The service is top notch. Everyone is always so kind. Kendall and Charlie are great, ask for them! The atmosphere is awesome because you get a high-end meal in a relaxed setting. We will always pick Walt's.

I didn’t not have good thoughts of this restaurant at all. But got in there and the feeling wasn’t that good it’s far from updated but I can somewhat understand but I still think you it could help with the appearance to get some modern old time cabin stuff. But the rolls are absolutely delicious I could not stop eating them. The steaks was amazing, so tender so juicy with tons of flavor. You will never have to wait for water. Didn’t feel rushed at all. Just about feeling of home. That cake was on Point!! Stop going to Texas Roadhouse go to Walt’s promise me you will not be disappointed.Parking: Parking is packed door banger parking lot in the back. Enter at own risk lol
