Went in for a drive-thru order during a weekday. The app said they were closed cuz it was after 8:00 p.m.. I called them and they said we're open till 10:00. So I just thought they got that wrong. When I got to the store I had to order from the drive-thru speaker. Get my credit card out and pay and they had to go through all that trouble. Had I've been able to order the app I would have just drove up and collected my order. When I pointed that out to him, they said the manager shuts it down at 8:00 a.m. because we're short-staffed. Well that doesn't change anything as far as taking my order because they did more work than they would do if they took the app and left it open till 10:00. So I didn't get my rewards points and I had to go through a regular order just because some genius thinks they should lie about their hours on the app.

Been here twice, first time they gave me someone else’s order entirely and I didn’t know until I was home. Today I went my meal was 5.62 I accidentally handed them 6.62, told them oh I handed you 6, they had someone else hand me my food and drink with no change. Missing my ranch dressing and gave me the wrong drink.

Good service but the last 3 times we went there they served us old or off. Once I bit into my burger from this location only to find the tomatoes were moldy. I avoid this location now. I think the Florence location on turfway is best

The staff at this location is excellent! Very friendly and professional. The food is freshly prepared and hot. I had zero wait after placing a mobile order. I feel this Wendy's values its employees and it shows.
The SE Swiss croissant sandwich is too blah. The bread itself is too blah. Burger King croissant sandwiches taste very good; their croissant is a good-flavored bread.
The people here are very friendly. Wendy’s burgers, fries, etc. are wonderful.

Waited in line for the drive through for a rude employee to come out and say they are not taking any more orders. AFTER we waited. Their drive through was so slow and we wasted all this time for nothing. They were plenty open when we got in the line. No apology nothing. Just “We aren’t taking any more orders” - zero stars.
