Terrible service. Asked for water at the window and was replied with a rude and snarky comment and told us to go back around and order a water at the speaker. Was told there were people waiting ( there was one car behind us) while we waited about 10 at the speaker to even get our order taken. Was also told if we are ordering “stuff like that” we need to order at the speaker so they could have it ready. Asked for literally just a water….Ridiculous. Not to mention, no spoon for my chili ( was planning on eating it in the car), there was just strips of bacon on fries and were not even slightly chopped at all.

Went through the drive thru tonight 11/27/24 to get dinner the young man taking orders was rude and hateful. The manager had an attitude. This isn't the 1st time this has happened to me at this wendys with the same crew. I ordered a son of baconator, 6 p nuggets, small fry , baked potato with butter sour cream and chives and baconstor fries. I was still looking at the menu when the young man come across the speaker very rudely stating you need to pull up like I told you. So I go to the windows to pay for my food. Nothing but rudeness from the staff. Never received my baked potato. I tried to call the restaurant on 3 different occasions to speak to someone about the missing food. On all 3 occasions you can hear the phone being answered and people talking in the background then I get hung up on. This is uncalled for and poor customer service. Unfortunately I had to give a star or I would have not gave one at all. Food was all old nuggets where rock hard. Couldn't eat. Fries where stone cold and hard.

Every time I give this Wendy's another chance, it's always the worst. Service takes forever. Staff is inattentive and at times rude. When you do get your food, its not to menu specification. I probably wouldn't leave a review if it was two or three times. But it's every. Single. Time.

Wendy's is a classic burger restaurant with some alternative choices. I like the Dave's Single & Double burgers with cheese (I get them plain because I'm weird. I LOVE to put the chili sauce packets on them because I'm REALLY weird.) Sometimes I order the nuggets They are pretty good. I also like the chicken sandwiches. The restaurant is usually clean and sanitary as is the restroom.
Vegetarian options: They do offer salads.
Parking: Good roomy parking with convenient handicapped spaces.

Clean, bright restaurant. Even the restroom was clean. I was glad I tried the Ghost Pepper Ranch Chicken Sandwich. Very spicy, which I like. I wouldn't want it any hotter. The fries were crispy and good. Can you believe a $1 frosty?! I think those new pop machines transfer a trace of flavoring from the last person's selection. I think if I let it pour for a second before I put my cup under, it might get rid of that. I'll give it a try. You'll enjoy this Wendy's. They do a good job!

I stop for breakfast every morning, pickup a Sausage egg and cheese English Muffin and a coffee. When it comes to fast food breakfast sandwiches Wendy's SEC has a lot more flavor than McDonald's same version. However I will caution you to get a lot of napkins the sandwich has a lot of melted butter (which I love personally).

My boyfriend and I were going through the drive through at around 10pm and we got our food and drinks but they had forgot the straws so we pulled back around to the drive through and as we pulled up there was an older lady who looked like a manager and as we were asking for straws she waved us off and ignored us. She kept ignoring us and somebody else had to come up to the window. It was very unprofessional and rude and somebody who acts like that should not be a manager. I hope for the future, Wendy’s does a better job at assigning who they put “in charge”.

I went through the drive-thru. I ordered a baked potato with bacon and cheese. I also ordered butter sour cream and shredded cheese on the side. When they handed me the bag I looked into it to make sure everything was in there and found that the container with the baked potato was standing up on its end in the bag.

Just went thru the drive through to get my pregnant wife a late meal. Asked for 30 seconds to decide my order and they seemed friendly enough. They asked if I needed help with my order. I asked a question about a new product and they told me their opinion. My wife calls me at this point and I asked them to hold for a moment and the lady acts like she can't hear me and says HELLLOO?? I told her "I'm sorry! I'm getting my wifes order and just wanted to make sure she didn't need anything else". It's been maybe 2 min since I arrived at this point. The lady says " SIR CAN YOU JUST GET ON WITH YOUR ORDER?? I can't remember the last time I've ever been talked to in a drive thru like that. I was completely shocked by it. I told them how rude it was, paid for the food and left just to get home and find the order was wrong and the burger in the bag was cold with Un melted cheese on it. Didn't give me a receipt so all I can do is let everyone else know. Absolutely terrible experience....
