What a way to ruin a slider! We were just served old, stale sliders through the drive through. Dried out completely, meat and all, with the buns being so stale they are crunchy around the edges. Literally wasted $25, threw them out. We will never visit this location again, and they should be ashamed.

The 3rd shift and 1st shift people are amazing 🤩 and they always have a smile on their faces no matter what kind of night or morning there having!!!! I just want to say thank you guys for all u do !!!

Consistently terrible service. Sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes with no acknowledgment and only one car ahead of us! Eventually decided to try our luck elsewhere and pulled away

The sliders were on crusty buns. Not sure if they were old or overly toasted. The amount of onions on each was ridiculous. There were no other customers inside or in the drive-thru ... So what took so long to get our food. The people were nice but I just don't understand why the food was so bad.

There is no sense of urgency. One of the guys is walking around standing in circles not doing a thing. The other man is slowly Making burgers and watching them cook while he could also be doing something else..

The poor manager was struggling with 2 kids that were not exactly motivated to work today. I was being rather patient because I was in no hurry at all, but it still took over 10 minutes to get my food which was cold. Also my onion chips container was 1/2 empty as well. I love me some white castles but this trip to this store was not good unfortunately.
