Camron Harris is an amazing worker. He was patient. Polite. And great presentation. Gina M the manager has also been great for a long time. She takes her time to make sure I’m taken care of, and helps me when I’m in a rush. Every single person at every northern Ky White Castle knows who I am cause I get small coffee with cream as well as eight sugar on the side. I love this White Castle out of all of them.

So I stop here on 9/5/2025 around 3:00 in the afternoon.. service was ok gave me no receipt. Got. The food and it was terrible!!!’ Not what I ordered. Burgers were dry !!! Definitely won’t be back !

Solid food, friendly employees, car broke down and we got dropped off here by a Good Samaritan and it turned into a solid dinner night while we waited on our ride to arrive, Joseph was a huge help all night

Waited 10 minutes in drive thru. Yelled hello multiple times. Never greeted drove away. There was 1 car at the window waiting for food and no other cars. Lobby was empty. 7 pm
