if I’m paying $20 something dollars for food, then all my food should be in the bag. I ordered rice with my food, and it was not in the bag. extremely annoying.

First of all let me say that I love there food.personally before today ,I wouldnt go anywhere else when I felt like Mexican food .I am a loyal customer . But , today I came through drive thru .and was the only customer in line .so I pull up and I see two guys/cooks just cutting up laughing in the kitchen while my 2 tacos and 1 burrito was setting there on the table . Can't really blame them .maybe there just kitchen staff. But , the guy that works the window . Was at the front desk laughing with some customer .not tending to nothing just laughing and talking . Then he comes to the back/kitchen/drive thru window area. And I thought he was going to bag my food up keep in mind I'm the only customer in drive thru . Didn't see any other customer inside waiting either . Other then whoever he was talking too .So he comes Around to the kitchen area with the other two employees and starts laughing and talking to them .while I'm waiting 9 foot away at window.not even thinking of bagging up my food that was literally right under his nose .by then 15 minutes has passed and my food was on table ready to be bagged for at least 10 of those minutes . I felt very unappreciated as a loyal customer .and thought it wasn't to professional the way they handled there business today . Not a good way to start out year .JS.

The food was So good my Carne asada fries were amazing the green sauce was great the shredded beef tacos were amazing. Rice and beans were on point. Fish burritos with the white sauce in side was so delicious.

Literally everything I get here is wonderful. I've had breakfast, lunch, and dinner and have always been satisfied with the food and value. The staff is friendly and they will make sure you get what you want, and it'll be hot. I highly recommend Alfonso's!
Amazing place, great customer service. Love everything we have ever tried there, everything!! Try something new everytime, even though i have my favorites. Breakfast burritos are also awesome. Wish it was a little cozier inside with real plates and silverware, although I understand why they do it. I would eat there if they served it on paper towels.
