this place is out of the world. I think this is my third post on it. I’ve now made it a weekly ritual. It was hard not to make it a daily ritual. You cannot go wrong with anything in the shop thank you Jenny and Andy we’re having amazing food with such wonderful staff

We arrived about 15 minutes before the bakery opened, only to find a line already stretching out the door. This tiny shop is clearly a local favorite—busy, lively, and filled with the aroma of all-butter croissants and other beautifully crafted pastries. We decided to sample both savory and sweet options and were very happy with everything we chose.
Be prepared for standing room only, but also for delicious treats that are well worth the wait. We highly recommend getting there early for the best selection.

Andy's Artisan Bread is not just a cafe; it's a wholesome local experience defined by friendly staff and truly awesome baked goods.
From the moment I walked in, I was immediately greeted with the fresh, inviting aromas of their bakery—it sets the perfect welcoming tone. Today, we tried the Peppermint Mocha and the Cafe au Lait, both of which were excellent.
Since this was our first visit, we decided to try a little bit of everything, and we were not disappointed. The bakery items were incredibly fresh and warm. The quality is clearly top-notch.
It speaks volumes that the locals advised me there's a line every Saturday—this place clearly deserves more accolades! I highly recommend Andy's Artisan Bread. Every time we are in the area, it will definitely be well worth a visit.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Andy’s Bakery is one of those hidden gems that makes you proud to live in Frankfort. Everything we tried was fresh and full of flavor — from the cream cheese danish and muffins to the sausage & cheddar quiche. You can taste the care in every bite. Friendly, fast, and consistently excellent.
Cool little spot near the Capitol building. Throwback bakery. Everything was good and they were actively baking while we ordered and enjoyed our coffee

If I could give Andy’s ten stars, I would. The best part of my trip was walking to Andy’s for coffee and pastries and then walking to the capital to enjoy them in the morning sun. Coffee, amazing. Workers, amazing. Pastries, amazing.

We live in Tennessee and come to the Frankfort area several times a year. Since discovering Andy’s we always plan our trip home to be on Wednesdays thru Saturday so we can get our Andy’s sweets fix and coffee. We get the morning rolls, cinnamon knots, cornmeal lemon cookies and a new favorite chocolate chip and walnut cookies (best I ever had). We get enough to last a few days so we can enjoy it at home. Everything is great. We also get a loaf of the sourdough bread; crunchy/chewy on the outside and soft inside….nobody makes it like this at home.
Love love love Andy’s Artisan 🥐🤩
I’ve tried many croissants in Lexington, Georgetown, and Frankfort, but this one is the best! The croissant was still delicious and crispy the next day. You can really tell everything is made with fresh and quality ingredients, and the service is so friendly. I’ll definitely stop by every time I visit Frankfort.
