Love love love Andy’s Artisan 🥐🤩
I’ve tried many croissants in Lexington, Georgetown, and Frankfort, but this one is the best! The croissant was still delicious and crispy the next day. You can really tell everything is made with fresh and quality ingredients, and the service is so friendly. I’ll definitely stop by every time I visit Frankfort.

Andy’s is the perfect place to stop for a sweet treat or coffee. I usually get a morning bun or chocolate croissant but switched it up today to get a berries and cream croissant.. and it’s probably my new favorite! It was delicious! The autumn apple shaken espresso was also really good. The employees are always super friendly so it’s very easy to support this local business!

Get the morning bun or the cappuccino cream. Oh and one of the soufflés. Actually just get whatever because it’s going to be the best you’ve ever had. ;)
I’ve posted two pictures of what all I got this morning that show my purchases plus the bakery’s logo. (They are shown under the Photo link, look for my name) I come here at least once a week. Today I purchased two of each of the following: chocolate croissants, ham/cheese croissants, bacon/cheese soufflé and double chocolate cookies. I tried the soufflé for the first time and it was hot and heavenly. Everything there is prepared fresh daily. The sizes are large compared to anywhere else I’ve been. You definitely get your monies worth. The staff and owners are AMAZING!! They let you know how to store the bakery goods, because the soufflés if not eaten right away would need to go in the frig. That’s appreciated in case someone might not be aware. I go there just for the customer service alone. The place is very clean and kid friendly. There are also picnic tables beside the location. It is located within walking distance of the State Capitol.

Andy’s Artisan Breads is a must-stop in Frankfort! I had the berries and cream danish and it was honestly the best I’ve ever had — perfectly buttery, flaky, and loaded with fresh berries and rich cream. You can taste the quality in every bite. I’m already planning to swing by again before we leave town. Highly recommend!
The croissants are to die for! Just came back from Paris for our anniversary and Andy's croissants are way better than anything we got there, more expensive than the Paris croissants, but way better.

Do yourself a favor and pop in as soon as you can—and then, order one of everything!
It’s as if an authentic French patisserie is just around the corner. It is obvious that time and attention are given to each delicious offering. The croissants are so flaky, buttery, and delicious. The Morning Bun, a fan favorite, is indescribably delectable with hints of cinnamon and orange rolled up in a bun. Coffee and tea drinks are always spot on. But what really makes Andy’s a wonderful spot is the service…so friendly…so fun…so fabulous. I look forward to each and every visit! I always try to sit outside and savor each bite!

A delightful and clean bakery/coffee shop! I needed a decaf latte and gluten-free food option, and their GF chocolate chip banana muffin (not made with almond flour, which I also needed!) is the kind of GF treat you think *must* have gluten because it’s so moist and soft, but it’s the real deal. I’m not a big banana bread or chocolate chip person but this is an exception I’m happy to make. The decaf latte is flavorful and rich! Great spot in a charming location and setting. There are lots of delectable-looking pastries for gluten normies, too. I’d love to see more GF options (we *never* get biscuits, croissants, breakfast sandwiches, danishes, yeast donuts, et al.,) but I was mostly happy they at least had one option.

Exquisite pastry creations and delectable drink options with unsurpassed customer attention and service. A beloved neighborhood establishment—thank you!
Hands down the best pastries in Central Kentucky! Everything we’ve tried is just amazing and leaves you craving more! Andy is truly talented!
Best Chocolate Crossiant I have EVER had! In 40 years. Wow! Don't sleep on this place. You'll regret it. The picture is the Feta Za’atar Croissant. And so amazing too!
I can’t believe how lucky we are to have this gem of a bakery in our community. Everything is wonderfully authentic—the “artisan” in the name is genuine and earned—and absolutely delicious. I go nearly every weekend…it is something I look forward to. If you are in the area, don’t miss it. And if you’re not local; well, find a reason to come visit because you won’t regret it.
Andy never misses.
