Worse experience ever. Dining room was empty when we walked in. Took about 10 mins to be seated. Order an appetizer and it came out with our meal instead of before on meal. Burger was very unappealing. Chicken was hard as a rock. Couldn’t even stick my fork in it. Dip for the chips seemed old and not fresh. Wife’s salad barely had any lettuce in it. Definitely could be better

My mom and I went to this Applebee's and were treated very rudely by the hostess. She completely ignored us and when I asked if we could be seated she glared at me and basically told me she'd get to me when she can. We immediately walked out of the restaurant and I called the manager to let her know what happened. She apologized and told me they were understaffed. I can understand their issue but that didn't give the hostess the right to be rude to a customer. I won't be back.

Congratulation! Your the first food establishment I've walked out of in 20 plus years. Waited almost a half hour for my father and I's food order while folks that came in after us got theirs keep in mind when we came in there was only two other groups in the building. Our server seemed to be actively avoiding us, while the other server felt the need to seemingly argue with us when we decided we would just pay for our Ice tea and soda and go else where.

Applebees is one of the places that stays open late. The staff is always pleasant, the food is great with so much selection. I work late and it’s so great to get yummy food when it’s later in the evening. I have called in food 30 minutes prior to their closing and the staff is still kind and eager to take my order even after they have had a very long day. I have absolutely no idea why they closed their location in Middletown, KY. I LOVE THEM. Wonderful staff at Applebees in Frankfort, KY.

Employees do not care about customers at all. We stopped in a few weeks ago with a party of 6 and we overheard the servers complaining about which of them would HAVE to wait on us. We just left. Previous visits were cold food, bad service, slow delivery of food, no bartender, just an overall disappointment location. other locations I visit are nice, this one,,, NOPE. I strongly suggest going somewhere that employees appreciate your patronage.

I ordered online this evening and the order said it would be ready by 6:47. I got there a couple of minutes before and gave them a quick call to let them know I was here. Usually what happens and I’ve not had many issues. Until today. Today I waited 40 minutes in the parking lot. After 30 minutes I called And they hung up after picking up the phone. So I called back and said I’ve been waiting 30 minutes and they interrupted me and asked for my name. I give it to them and they say they’ll be a couple minutes. After almost 10 minutes I left. As I was pulling away, I did see the lady carrying the bag with a vape in one hand and a bag in the other. Do better. Just for an FYI, there were five cars in the entire parking lot. I know they weren’t busy.

Our waitress McKenzie was amazing she did everything in her power to give us a good service but her manger Kimberly on the other hand was very unprofessional and rude and for her to be blaming her mistakes on her waitresses and servers is WRONG I would come to have McKenzie wait on me again but if her manger Kimberly is the one cooking I won’t be ordering any food
