Went in on Sunday 3/23/25 about 4pm . Both waitresses where taking a break at the bar screaming at the door hostess don't seat anybody for at least 10 more minutes we on break .bad way to do business we left and a another couple did too may not return either

Alrighty, so I am not one to complain I usually let my parents handle that stuff, but I am 15 years old and I knew this service was crap! I am highly disappointed in the service are waiter was crap and wasn't doing most we standed there for 10 minutes just to get a table for 2! And we can see seats open that was enough for 2 people. There was a family of six that was waiting and when we got to our table the table behind us was enough for six! The food was good so no complaints there. Atmosphere was chill as well. But I still am not happy with the service we received we almost got the wrong starter food and half the time it was the manager helping us out. I am really disappointed..

This place was damn near EMPTY!!! They were NOT BUSY. So, keep that in mind as I write this. When we walked in, we stood there for a few minutes. We waited for the 4 girls who were haha’ing & laughing to seat us after looking at us several times & ignoring us. We were sat after the server complained about her tables being dirty & her just getting there. We ordered drinks which took awhile to come out, we ordered an appetizer at the same time as the drinks which was coming out as we decided to leave because when she brought our silverware it was CRUSTY, DIRTY & WET. She was bringing our cheese dip out as we were leaving & you could tell it was just sitting for awhile in kitchen…. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant. Foul.

We were there for 30 minutes before anyone greeted us or took our drink order. Then it took an hour to get our food. The food wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t worth waiting an hour for. The waitress never came back and checked on us. Don’t think we’ll go bad.

My granddaughter and I was here last night around 7 pm. It didn’t take long to be seated, but we waited a good 20 minutes before anyone came to serve us. I could have understood better if the place was packed, but there wasn’t a line and several tables were empty and still had dirty dishes on them. I asked for a coffee and was told they already broke down the machine. You don’t close until 10 pm ,but the machine is already cleaned up for the night. Also, the crispy shrimp had no flavor to the batter and you should be able to choose your sides without being charged extra. The restroom was filthy and the service was poor.

Our server was awesome. She stayed calm and helpful even though there were many things outside her control that were a problem.
The restaurant was not adequately staffed.
The cook(s) cooked everything too long. My medium well steak was cooked well done. The grilled chicken in salad and pasta had burnt edges. The chicken nuggets were cooked to the point of hardness and were not edible.
Thankfully, our group wasn't in a hurry. We experienced long wait times for our beverages, our food, etc.

This place has been in decline for years. Even to the point we refused to go for the last 3-4 years. But due to a recent change in management and post by the business we gave it a chance.
They would have been all 1 stars a while back. They have turned it around and I'm happy to see. Some room to improve is expected but they have done a lot to try and gain the community back
