i genuinely don’t know what is going on with this arbys lately but this is like the 4th issue i’ve had in the past couple months … i have a video of my french dip completely stuck to the paper and not wanting to come off and when it did all the cheese was on the paper along with the onion strings i asked for mixed in it…. my italian was laid in garlic aioli smh very upsetting and i was at work so i couldn’t just leave.

Idk how many times you can get one roast beef no sauce sandwich wrong. Two managers. One cook. The manager took the order and messed it up (twice) and then was just rushing and demanding of the cook and not once did either manager jump back on the line and help that poor man :(

Ordered 4 Buffalo chicken sliders and the chicken was so dry and barely had any Buffalo on it!

I told a girl named Jayden in the drive though my order today five times and she couldn't get it right and I explained it again to here at the window and she said okay I have it right now to pull up and wait for the chicken sandwich to get done and I waited up front for awhile and once I finally gotten my order it still wasn't correct after six times repeating my order to her I was very disappointed in my dinner and service from her I should get a refund for this or a free gift card for her bad service and for my wait time and still got the wrong food after it all
Keep going back for the cherry turnovers!
