Idk how many times you can get one roast beef no sauce sandwich wrong. Two managers. One cook. The manager took the order and messed it up (twice) and then was just rushing and demanding of the cook and not once did either manager jump back on the line and help that poor man :(

I told a girl named Jayden in the drive though my order today five times and she couldn't get it right and I explained it again to here at the window and she said okay I have it right now to pull up and wait for the chicken sandwich to get done and I waited up front for awhile and once I finally gotten my order it still wasn't correct after six times repeating my order to her I was very disappointed in my dinner and service from her I should get a refund for this or a free gift card for her bad service and for my wait time and still got the wrong food after it all

Arby’s at this location was disappointing. They were out of Diet Coke, cookies, turnovers, and the fries were cold. The online ordering system worked well, but more pride should be taken in one’s work.
I stopped by after a class at 8:30 p.m. for my first meal of the day. I ordered a small three piece chicken tender meal for just under $11.00 with tax, get home to eat said meal and bit into a very small UNDERCOOKED chicken tender, thankfully I had cold fries to chase the salmonella with. ?
I typically only come during lunch hours and my food has always been hot and cooked correctly. Night shift needs to get it together, you’re open until 11:00 p.m. so the site says, why the rush on my meal?
