Overpriced ice cream with nowhere to sit and no highchairs for babies.
No dogs allowed. I understand but put a sign or at least take an order outside.
They are cheating with scoop size. BR says it’s 4oz but they gave me hardly 2oz of two scoops. I normally eats at Louisville location and they have the real size scoop. I will not go there again.
I’ve been getting icecream since 1974 from B&R. My favorite was the Triple Treat. I went today. Unfortunately the scoops of icecream are literally HOLLOW small scoops now. The size of 2 tablespoons. While the price of a scoop has increased astronomically over past 2 years, the scoops are VERY SMALL HOLLOW SCOOPS. The server shallow-skims the top of the icecream once and boom …. Tiny baby hollow scoop at $4. This is unacceptable and unreasonable. B&R has gone DOWNHILL…..
I travel often, so I have had BR all over. This location is hands down my favorite. It's always clean, the owners are super friendly and know customers by name, and the employees are cheerful and attentive. My daughter has been getting her birthday cakes here for 13 years and each one has been better than the last! I cannot recommend this location enough. Operating hours are 11am-9pm, so pop by if you are in the area. You won't regret it!

I ordered a 2/3 sheet specialty ice cream cake for my wife's birthday. I paid extra for the specialty. They gave us a standard cake. Don't buy specialty cakes from them.

The cone I received was not full, and no ice cream was in the bottom. When I asked about it, she said they only do one scope and do not push into the cone. I almost lost my ice cream twice because it did not have base to adhere to. This hasn’t been my experience at other Baskin Robins. Who wants to eat an empty cone? And pay $4 for it at that.

I always receive worst customer service from her. I have experienced best service at different stores but the owner service is worst, she charges for extra spoon too even the kid drops the spoon. I don’t recommend at all. Hoggy’s is best compared to this.

For Valentines Day my husband went in and got me two dips of my favorite nutty coconut. What a disappointment! It was very soft and had ice crystals in it. My favorite Baskin Robbins is on Tates Creek Rd, Lexington, Ky. They have the freshest ice cream and their waffle cones are so crispy, thin and delicious!

Just Don’t. While the ice cream is Baskin Robbin’s & this store is convenient in Frankfort, I go out of my way to stock up regularly on my favorite quarts at other locations. The best location I’ve found over the years is on Westport Road, Louisville….they stock more flavors. Still look up other locations, plan ahead, stock up because if Frankfort location cheats me once shame on them, but cheat me twice, three, four times …. shame on me for returning to give you my business.
