I usually enjoy Bojangles, but today’s experience was beyond frustrating. I placed my order online and paid extra for additional sauces, only to find that they weren’t in the box when I got back to work. Mistakes happen, so I walked back to get what I paid for (near my work).
Instead of simply correcting the issue, the employee insisted that the sauces were in the box and basically called me a liar. I don’t appreciate being treated like I’m trying to scam the store over a couple of sauces I paid extra for. A little accountability and decent customer service would go a long way.
It’s disappointing to have to waste time for something that should have been right the first time. Bojangles, do better—both in order accuracy and how you treat your customers.

Drive thru for a quick lunch as my son and I headed home. Surprised that a restaurant going into the noon hour had no French fries to serve. Chicken sandwiches were good. Cole slaw and Mac&cheese were decent. This was the first time I had a chance to try Bojangles.

After having Bojangles while traveling on a different occasion we stumbled across this one and decided to give it a go. We waited 15 minutes for the chicken only for somebody to come out and ask what we ordered because somehow they lost our order. My wife was given a super tiny scoop of potatoes and I was given fries that must have been dug out of a salt mine because they were old, hard, and so salty they were pretty much inedible. Coleslaw and dirty rice were actually decent and the chicken actually came out hot. A bunch of the tables were not clean as well which is odd because there were like three people dining in the entire place.

We went for dinner two days in a row! Both times A+. Food made to order. service AND the food was delicious! Service A+ and resturant was very clean
On October 5 approximately 7:10 pm I stopped in BoJangles to get something to eat heading back home to Louisville. I ordered a #11 and specifically told the guy I wanted fresh fries and I'll wait for them to cook them. I noticed he went to the fryer with the same gloves on that he took my money with and grabbed some already cooked fries and threw them in the fryer. What he didn't realize was that I watched him the whole time and immediately said "I don't want no already cooked fries recooked as if they were fresh fries. I immediately demanded my $8.47 back. He claims that they cook their fries half done and recook them as ordered. I told him I've never heard of such and that's crazy. I called the restaurant on Sunday and told the manager my bad experience. Several things he did was unsanitary and in violation, that I should call the Health Department. I will not ever go there again.

Friendly staff but this store runs to lean. 2 meal deals crippled them for an a hour. 2 dozen biscuits tied them up 40 minutes. I'll be feeding my crew of 20 elsewhere

Been here since 2:00, sat in the line for 20+ minutes before we ordered. Was told it’s a 3-5 minute wait on tenders, paid pulled up the girl said “ it’ll be about 7 minutes bc we’ll have to bag it up, ok understandable. Got in the parking spot @ 2:39, it’s not 3pm. And still no food. Was excited to try this place, now I’m wishing I would’ve just kept driving ??♀️

Today's Saturday September 7th I was at Bojangles and I went through the drive-thru at 10:55 a.m. I had to wait almost 30 minutes to order and once I ordered order number 12. Two thighs and a leg and somehow I got home and I had two legs and a thigh they cheated me out of a thigh what's going on Bojangles???
