Went for lunch after Christmas shopping and had a terrible experience inside. At first was told we were waiting on my husbands food, but brought my meal out which was wrong but I dealt with it… after waiting 20 minutes for my husbands food I had finished eating so he asked for a refund on his where they then slammed the food down on the counter as he was asking, so when the cashier told the person in the back they screamed “what do you mean it’s right there” with an attitude… it’s been 20 minutes and he’s over it but fine he took the food anyways and then realized my actual sandwich I ordered was also there after already eating the wrong order that she brought me. It’s not that busy inside and no reason we should have waiting on our food while watching multiple drive thru orders go on by

Canes and Zaxby's has some competition for sure.the staff were so very kind and polite,great atmosphere,very clean and affordable prices,and the food is just wonderful especially their biscuits .ty

Ordered a kids meal and received an extra piece of chicken, on purpose. 😍. Cole slaw is good. The biscuit is delicious! The best part is contemporary Christian music is played throughout the dine-in restaurant.

I usually enjoy Bojangles, but today’s experience was beyond frustrating. I placed my order online and paid extra for additional sauces, only to find that they weren’t in the box when I got back to work. Mistakes happen, so I walked back to get what I paid for (near my work).
Instead of simply correcting the issue, the employee insisted that the sauces were in the box and basically called me a liar. I don’t appreciate being treated like I’m trying to scam the store over a couple of sauces I paid extra for. A little accountability and decent customer service would go a long way.
It’s disappointing to have to waste time for something that should have been right the first time. Bojangles, do better—both in order accuracy and how you treat your customers.

Drive thru for a quick lunch as my son and I headed home. Surprised that a restaurant going into the noon hour had no French fries to serve. Chicken sandwiches were good. Cole slaw and Mac&cheese were decent. This was the first time I had a chance to try Bojangles.
