The waitress that was on duty was hardly present to check on us. Drinks sat empty. We came in and was seated before 2 other parties that came in 15-20 min after us and they had their orders before we even had ours. The food was cold by the time it reached the table. Wings were burnt, chicken was burnt. They tried to hide the burnt food by drowning the wings in sauce. Definitely will not go back to this location

The traditional wings are terrible! They're too small, and dry. You'd think a place named Buffalo wild wings would have decent traditional wings.
Not sure if all the Buffalo wild wings are the same, if so, they need to change their name to wild potato wedges. They have excellent potato wedges. Their traditional wings suck.

Newer waitress got our order wrong. My husband was going to eat what they brought, not to make a fuss. Waitress said they'd replace the onion rings they got wrong. She NEVER said we'd be charged. Bill came and we were charge 6.99 for her mistake. We told them it wasn't fair. He didn't care. We paid, but did not leave a tip. Her tip went to the cost of replacing HER mistake. We used to eat there weekly. No more. Will find another location if need be. Very unprofessional.

Our server was perfect. The food was cooked perfect. The store has an odor of musty or mold idk but it smells so bad in there I couldn’t sit to order food after finishing our appetizer. The store smells so bad.

I've normally had a pretty good experience with online pickup orders at this location over the last couple of years. But man, I don't know what happened, but the traditional wings my wife and I got tonight were the absolute worst wings either of us have ever had. It's like these things came off of some mummified chickens or something, not an ounce of moisture on any of them. If those chickens were still alive they'd be begging for death anyway. Physically difficult to even eat. I don't even really know how this happens there. It's like if you threw them into an air fryer for two hours. Can't believe they are actually selling wings like that. (they also forgot one of the sauces we ordered but I don't care much about that next to these poor, poor wings)

Location was not prepared to be busy, we as a group showed with a baseball team. The only defense I offer is we had not pre arranged going there. However the poor attitude displayed by the breakfast bartender,and other service staff was the rudest,and worst possible.
