I've normally had a pretty good experience with online pickup orders at this location over the last couple of years. But man, I don't know what happened, but the traditional wings my wife and I got tonight were the absolute worst wings either of us have ever had. It's like these things came off of some mummified chickens or something, not an ounce of moisture on any of them. If those chickens were still alive they'd be begging for death anyway. Physically difficult to even eat. I don't even really know how this happens there. It's like if you threw them into an air fryer for two hours. Can't believe they are actually selling wings like that. (they also forgot one of the sauces we ordered but I don't care much about that next to these poor, poor wings)

To go order. Long wait. Food was terrible. I guess crumbs are considered boneless wings now? Wedges were burnt. Threw half my food away. No meat in the wings and they are smaller than a quarter. Picture is two wings I got.

Nothing amazing but one of the better Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve been too. They’re never fast with food but I’ve never been to a Buffalo Wild Wings that was, so I can’t complain. Staff is usually very friendly.

Location was not prepared to be busy, we as a group showed with a baseball team. The only defense I offer is we had not pre arranged going there. However the poor attitude displayed by the breakfast bartender,and other service staff was the rudest,and worst possible.

A true example of shrinkflation (or is it better to call it greed?). Food and drinks are exorbitantly priced and the food quality is poor and bland.
I had the 'Beer cheese cheesesteak sandwich' and it was by far the saddest cheesesteak I've ever had. No flavor, little meat, and a sad representation.
I was caught off-guard with the fact that you have to pay extra for tator-tots even though it was given as an option other then fries. All i got was a fist full of tots, left a ton of open space on the plate.
A 22oz Draft of Modelo should not cost $7.75. Extremely overpriced. You can get a 32oz glass bottle of Modelo for $5.00 bucks at the gas station.
Service was good, I would say that's about the only thing good that I've experienced here.
Over all, I do not recommend Buffalo Wild Wings, there are far better places to eat food, let alone for the price.
BWW, do us all a favor and throw out the microwave and learn how to cook food, its not rocket science.

We were excited to dine here on a Sunday night, it was busy but we were greeted by staff who said to go take a seat anywhere we like. My husband and I sat down and moments later a server approached our table and told us it was a mistake, and we need to go and wait in line. How disappointing. We left

Came in on a Sunday evening to give this place another try haven't eaten here in awhile due to bad experiences everytime tonight was another reminder why we dont eat here. Walked in the doorway was full of people standing around i assumed some where DD so I moved up and the person was like who is here fir pick up orders many people answered I said we would like a table for two please. She said its seat yourself then was like on wait we are on a 20 minute wait I was like ok you need our name she was like we dont have a system for that just sit down and wait?? I was like ok, we waited maybe 5 minutes and went to Jersey Mike's instead!!! Terrible experience that was our final time visiting this location.

I was very, very disappointed with my experience at the Frankfort location. I sat for 30 minutes and no one even acknowledged me. I left and came back in. Someone finally waited on me and it took over 10 minutes to get my beer. I ordered a second one and waited a long time to get it. My server in the mean time was surfing on her phone. I just moved here and was looking for a nice bar. I’ll keep looking!!
