I ordered some mild wings and they gave me Nashville hot and it felt like my mouth was on fire so I went back in the kitchen then slipped and fell in the fryer and John Warner pulled me out by my ankles and saved the day then I went to confront the dude about my wings I believe his name was Patrick and he started doing the dougie so everything was cool after that

I've been there a few times and I'm never impressed. Food was just ok, but way overpriced. I spent $20 just on 10 wings and fries. The server was covering more than they should and seemed to be stretched thin. But the one little over-priced drink was good!I work hard for the opportunity to enjoy a meal out with friends, so I don't think I'll return to this one expecting a meal. I'll just hang-out and have one drink. Just the drink.

We were greeted when we came in and instructed to sit anywhere. Once we sat down we noticed that you have to scan a barcode to view the menu, order and pay.A server eventually came around after about ten minutes to get our drinks because we had to redo our order due to it messing up online. In total we waited 40 mins for our food to come out. There were a few to-go orders but the restaurant was slow.I didn't like that you have to order and pay online, it depersonalizes the experience and this time at least, caused slower service. The food was hot when it came out, so that's good. Although the water tasted like tap water and the soda wasn't very good either.I don't think we will be coming back anytime soon. Just my opinion...

The first time I visited this location I ordered through the mobile app. It showed the boneless wings being BOGO (which is normally a Thursday special), but proceeded to order it. If it’s listed why wouldn’t it be available? I waited for someone to give me my food but eventually it was just placed on the rack which was outside the register at the time and I picked it up and left. There was only 10 wings in my box (missing another 10) when I got back home, along with other missing items. When I call back then the manager says someone was supposed to talk to you but I don’t know how you even got that to ring up in the app, unfortunately we can’t honor that deal so I put a coupon down in your bag. The coupon was for SIX free wings after a $10 purchase excluding any appetizers or alcohol purchases. Be for real with me, I got cheated out of four wings completely and have to pay for six “free” ones a second time? I finally decided to give this location another try after like three months, last night. I ordered 15 wings. I would have gotten more sauce on everyone of the wings from a single McDonald’s sauce packet than they provided. They were also very dried up, like they had been sitting there forever. However, I did order at 9:50 and the restaurant closes at 11 so I didn’t expect it to be piping hot necessarily, but still warm at the least. I hadn’t ate yesterday, so I still proceeded to eat like half of the wings. But, have been up for hours throwing them back up now and thought what better to do with my time as I recover from food poisoning than write this review? This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to both times I’ve attended. Also, please don’t reply asking how can we fix your experience; if you cared enough about your reputation in the first place to keep someone from getting sick off of your food or provided compensation for something your customer’s have already purchased then you wouldn’t have gotten a negative review. This is my first and only review but I just wanted to try to save someone’s money and maybe even stomach. If you shut the place down for a private party, for me, and gave me an unlimited free buffet and open bar, I still wouldn’t attend.

Came here to watch the UK game with a bunch of friends. They refused to put the game on the big TV….. instead, they kept it on the Ravens/Texans game while only one table was watching that! Won’t be back!

Ordered for pick up $100+. 30+ wings, onion rings, fries, burgers, chicken ceasar salad, extra carrots and celery sticks. We ordered ranch and celery for each wing order and did not receive them for all 3 orders. Did not receive the South West sauce for onion rings. Did not receive the Ceasars dressing for salad. Also completely missing one entire item of celery and carrot and blue cheese. The plain order of wings was suppose to have the Buffalo on the side, completely missing. I mean cmon people. Are you even looking at the order and checking items off ? Where's the manager ? Who's in charge of packing items. Will be the last time I place a to go order here. Besides the missing essentials, everything tastes good, but could have been much better. Good work to the cooks!
