First time going to this Burger King. The wait time was fine, and the food tasted fine, considering. I ordered 2 wraps, they were good. And the new 4 mini cinnamon roll bites? There were vehicles behind me so i didn't check the bag, and there in lies my mistake. I waited till I got back on the road. I'm a delivery driver and I was league's away before I noticed. No icing dip for the cinni bites. Is it even a cinnamon roll, without icing???¿¿ i think not. Super Curly Hair White Guy, there was only one truck behind me and yall were not busy. It even reminds you on the box to add one icing dip cup. Come on man.

Burger King burgers are pretty much the same across the country, or at least as they should be and mine was very delicious but the reason I'm writing this review, the young man at the pay window went so far above and beyond. Was friendly, personable, and just top drawer at customer service. In a world full of lazy people who are not good at what they do, this young man, Zach, put a big smile on my face and everybody who owns a business would be blessed to have someone like him working for them.

Asked for 2 double whoppers plain with cheese, and a 4pc. Mozzarella stick. Paid $20.32
I received 1 whopper plain with cheese and cheese tots.
The food I DID receive was delicious, and the workers seemed nice, but if the correct order isn’t presented then what are we even doing?

On the road, my driving friend likes this fast food for road trips. This was not a good location. Poppers were hard, whopper was ok, and fries were not good either.
I ordered shakes as always but tonight my shakes are very delicious and I'm very thankful to the drive thru guy that made my shakes you know who u are I came back for more ice cream and u were very nice to us thank you!

Is there anybody with common sense managing these restaurants anymore. If the hamburger patty is pink 🩷 then it's not cooked properly 🤮. Hey employees if you wouldn't eat it yourself then don't flipping serve it to me. Someone is going to die one day from food poisoning and what's your excuse. Um I don't know.
