Super bad service at drivetrue they never give you what you ask for and when you go to complain inside they get annoying when you tell them to do their job because if you complain it's because you are paying

…wish I could give this place a negative 5 because they sure earned it. Gave my order to someone else that didn’t pay and wanted to question me if I paid. Had to sot in line another 10 minutes only to have them make my food wrong…of course I didn’t find this out until I got to work. If I had taken a bite I would have had to make a trip to the doctor as I’m allergic to mayonnaise. Was given a hard time by the manager over bringing the incorrectly made food back…ended up going to McDonald’s (better food and faster service anyway). Thanks for nothing Burger King!!

Food was greasy and under cooked UPDATE our second try was actually pretty good. Food was hot and the fries were perfectly crispy! The employees were somewhat nice just seemed they wanted us to leave them alone. UPDATE: I have been getting breakfast a lot because it's on my way to work and I must say the past several visits have been very good. Nice hot food and friendly employees!

Asked for fresh and hot, and that's what I got. The fries were right out of the fryer, and the cheese actually melted on the burger. Doesn't happen all the time, but it makes all the difference on the meal. I'm not quite sure why most FF eateries use a holding tray and cop an attitude for fresh off the grill.

Why does it say open til 12am but its 11:14 and the lights are on 2 cars in the parking lot and nobody is coming to the speaker. This happens very frequently. Hire people that actually work and dont go hide in the back 45 minutes before closing. Coming from a pizza manager this is bad business.

as I approached the counter? No one really greeted me with a smile. They have a lot of work to do personal wise other than that. It's really a nice place to go if the Personnel was more greeting. More lively enjoyed their work we would enjoy being in burger Is king more often. The food is really good.

Okay seriously I've been to this location twice for breakfast thinking maybe the first time was just a mistake but to come here a second time and get French toast sticks and leave without syrup for a second time and now I'm at my job and I can't turn around and come back. I mean who gives people french toast sticks without syrup not once but twice. If I can get up and go to work in the morning at an early job and function at a manufacturing job, how is it that somebody who their entire job is to make sure that everything is in your order correctly and they forget the most important thing whenever you order French toast sticks?

Just went through the drive thru. Got home was missing a sandwich. Not to mention the employee who gave me the bag was rude. “Here’s your food.”
