Friendly staff. Decent vibes. It's like a slightly classier hometown bar, with many regular locals that still frequent this place after many years.

Save your time. Cigar shouldn't be anywhere in the name, with the limited selection. Pretty unwelcoming as soon as you entered.

This is the best kept secret in Frankfort. So many locals that are willing to chat while you sip. Large selection and bartenders know their liquor! It was a 5.0! Gotta stop in. From IN.

A Manhattan made with Martini & Rossi vermouth?? Also the bartender had to look up how to make a Sazerac and it was way too sweet.
