We visited 2 years ago and haven't been back until today. We decided to give it another try. We were pleasantly surprised! Food was hot and fresh, service was impeccable and the restaurant was very clean! I will definitely be back.

This store has the sweetest, nicest staff. They have excellent customer service. Tonight i ordered country fried which was OK. I think maybe the recipe has changed and that's ok. I went back through and ordered a dessert. It tasted old . I'm so sorry to complain but the Lime Key pie was not fresh at all. The store had already closed so I couldn't bring it back but it was so disappointing.

They got really good tartar sauce and huge fish sticks. Kinda odd that the fish is like 1 inch x 3/4 inch x 6 inches. But... it's good and i guess they got other stuff 😕 . 🐟 🐠 🎣 🐡

This has to be one of the worst Captain D’s I’ve ever visited. My coworker and I orders were poorly prepared as if it was just thrown together.
We ask for a swap and was still dissatisfied. The food was so bad I wouldn’t feed it to a homeless person.
We truly regretted not asking for a full refund. I also want to mention after I swapped out my dinner. They still got the order wrong. The only thing decent about this experience was leaving.

As fast food restaurants go, Captain D's on hwy 127 south in Frankfort is my favorite. The staff is super friendly and quick to resolve any problem. Food is fresh and tasty. Give them a try!
