Burnt roll, burnt prime rib sandwich, burnt chicken, and the mashed potatoes were cold, dry and thick like paste. There is no way the potatoes are being kept to temp. Second time with similar issues at this location in the past year. We were giving them a second chance in hopes they just had an off night last time, apparently this is how they serve food on the regular. We will NOT be returning.

Stopped in on the way to Buffalo Trace, we told the waitress we needed to be somewhere in an hour and she did everything she could to make that happen. Total time there was 35min, food was pretty good though I feel the steak could have been seasoned a little more. Loved the salad bar, so many things to put on your salad.

Sirloin steak was tough and pricey for lunch... Nothing special .. salad bar was decent.. but again nothing special really.. 2nd time I've eaten here in the 25yrs I've lived in Frankfort & probably the last time. Texas Roadhouse steaks are way better and less expensive.

I ordered delivery from here. For whatever reason they're using Uber instead of DoorDash. The driver not only left my order in the wrong bldg but it looked as if he left it in the hall. Neither Cattleman's nor Uber wanted to take responsibility so I will not be ordering again.
