I waited in line for about 10 minutes before my order was taken. That would have been fine if they were busy but they were not. Actually, it was between the lunch and dinner rush. There were at least 8 people working and only one cashier taking inside orders. There were two people in line ahead of me, and they were taking quite awhile to order. The part that was even more frustrating is that they were employees.

I am not from here so it was my first time at this specific chick fil a. It was pretty early and I was pretty grumpy but I pulled up to see Sophie standing to take my order with a smile. I had already ordered but Sophie was really nice to me and it seemed very genuine. I loved my chicken minis as well. I hope you get to try this location! Double points if you get Sophie:)

tried it again different location clean but i dont know what people see in the food quality somewhere between rubber raste and down best thing i find is the waffle fries

Always clean, good service and if they make a mistake on your order, they'll make it right. Salads are a nice portion as well. Shakes are good. Chik-fil-a is a staple in Frankfort.
