I’ve been eating at Chick-fil-A across the country for 30 years, and this is the only location where I have consistently had incorrect orders, slow service, and mediocre food. Everybody has off days, but this franchise is permanently off. I never have to check my bag at Chick-fil-A unless it’s at this store. Too many times I’ve gotten home with items missing or someone else’s food.

They dont have it together with the mobile order at all.
Horrible implementation and execution.
Sat in long line just to come up to the drive window in the mobile lane to wait for the order that sat in front of us for a few minutes. Then, we were told to pull up in a spot.

The new mobile only line sucks. Chick-fil-A is known for being fast and always hot correct food. This was the slowest experience of any Chick-fil-A I've ever been to... meanwhile people with mobile orders with Breeze through while I waited in this long line of takeout. I mentioned it to a guy that looked like a manager and he just basically said sorry like he could care less.... Chick-fil-A don't mess with what you're known for and besides that my food came out not hot probably because I was sitting there

Milkshake for me and another person took forever. Saw my name on the screen as it was being prepared, then when it was ready, then my name just disappeared. Had to ask a worker after waiting a long time. The worker was nice about it. I thought I would save time by going inside but I guess I should just use the drive thru for better and faster service. This location is good but needs expansion.

I've never had a bad experience here, the food is always great and so are the employees! My family especially loves their macaroni, especially my toddler who won't touch his chicken until he's done with his macaroni, and he is a picky child 😄 I love their grilled nugget meal and the big selection of sauces. Many restaurants are stingy with their sauces and will charge if you want more than one but they give you whatever you want.

The play area is great for young children. It's nice to have a place that has one, many that had them in the past no longer do so it's something different and fun for young children to do after they eat.

I hate to say it but since the remodel the employees have not been as nice or put together. They were getting food out to the cars before we even moved. This would have been fine but they didn't even have all of our order. The people taking orders in the drive thru didn't even act like they wanted to be there. Then while we were waiting for them to give us the rest it took them like 5 minutes to even notice us.
