Nearly the worst experience i’ve had at a restaurant ever. Not busy, waited 40 minutes for a table despite there being an open booth the entire time, seated 2 booths down from said open booth. Waiter could not have cared less. This location was out of so many of their ingredients. Our friend ordered mac and cheese, and the waiter brought out the food after the fact to tell him they were completely out of mac and cheese. Waiter hardly checked on the table. Food was nothing to rave about. We’ve spent so much money at thid establishment in the past with great experiences. Never again.

They stopped the dry rub ribs and charged us 1.00 each for our sides. It took 3 tries to get our bill right. It had the last persons bill on ours too. It was always my favorite place but now my husband doesn’t want to go back. Barb spicer

I ordered the double hamburger it was great and very big, great price for the burgers and fries, I was seated in front of the door and the cold air coming in from outside every time somebody opened the door was frustrating ,Temp was below freezing December of 2024, this table should de removed or a wall put up to block the wind, the air coming in the doors would blow my napkins off the table, this is the first time i have ate at Chili's , i will go back for the burgers, plenty of tables where empty that was not in front of the door, next time i will not sit at that table, noise was very loud we could not hear each other talk and was hard to hear the waitress .
Do not order to go food from here unless you want unresolved issues and a waste of money!

Ordered online, picked up within 15 minutes and all the food was cold or barely warm. We must have gotten the extras under the heat lamp instead of freah to order food. Not happy.
